I had more dog hair trapped in the seats than most dogs have on their body, and he was able to get every last fiber! “Ben does an absolutely amazing job and really take pride in his work. Been with him for around 3 years. Just recently got the 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium, and needed to make sure it was protected. Ben did a fantastic job with a 5 year ceramic coating, and ensuring that the car looked clean as possible. No watermarks, no uneven coating, just pure smooth even coverage! Best part, my baby shines even more. Totally recommended him with the work he does, def worth it!! Also, for anyone wondering, this is my second vehicle coating with him. The coating really lasts for a long time, def helps with washes, and even when weather really likes to take a turn!”
“I had an epic experience at Elite Car Wash Detail. If I'm being embarrassingly honest, my van was pretty dirty and gross - kid spills and crumbs, years of dog hair, exploded diet coke stains, sand and dirt from horse work - I was pretty certain that it could be cleaned up a bit, but that we had done some permanent damage to the interior. Well...suffice to say I was blown away. My van looks BRAND NEW!! Not only did they do an incredible job, but they were so nice and kind and clearly very proud of the work they do. We will be back with our truck, and I'll be back with my van. I HIGHLY recommend this business!”
“I took my 2019 XT-4, with about 57,500 miles on it, in for service and also to address a concern I had. I was hearing and feeling a very minor “clunk” in the drivetrain when I took my foot off the accelerator to slow down. I had the oil changed and 4-wheel drive service. The service writer was fantastic, clearly understood my concern and was clear they would check into it. The mechanic/technician performed the services I requested and diagnosed the issue with the drivetrain, which was extremely minor. They included correcting the issue in the charge for the 4-wheel drive service. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there. I recommend Cadillac of Naperville service department.”

My car gets a LOT of use with two little boys constantly in and out of it, so needless to say, it was definitely well-loved and very dirty. 😂 I honestly wasn’t expecting it to look this good when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new!

“This is my go-to car wash, and I pass many others as I come to this one on Orchard. They have a prewash brush cart available, and they have microfiber cloths for drying. Vacuums work well. Price is fair (range of levels of service is available), and the team there works well together. This is an automatic carwash, and it give me the opportunity to do some detailing of my own as I vac and wipe down the door jambs and exposed areas. Depending on the shape of the car, some small parts (usually the flat surface on the back gate) are missed. I hit those spots while wiping down surfaces.”

“I’m a Super Kiss Plus Unlimited member and overall I really love Delta Sonic. It’s very convenient, my car always comes out sparkling clean, and it smells great afterward. I also really appreciate having access to the indoor vacuum cleaners, which makes cleaning the interior easy in any weather.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the experience during the car wash line. They often make you pull extremely close to the car in front, and the staff repeatedly gestures and yells to move closer. At times, the expressions and tone can feel rushed, annoyed, or even a little aggressive, which takes away from an otherwise great experience.
Still a great car wash and worth it overall—just wish that part felt a bit calmer and more customer-friendly.”
“There are plenty of car washes with the same business model all over the place, with new ones popping up constantly. What makes Standard Wash stand out from the rest is the staff. Just about every time I go I'm helped by Santi, and it is always a delightful experience. He is incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly, and never makes you feel like you're bothering him if you have questions. He even took the time to show me how to use the fun car mat washer that I had no clue existed! Definitely the friendliest car wash around.”
