My time at this daycare was awful. Children are mistreated by the staff, and reporting issues to management or the staff yields no results. Payroll is chaotic with hours missing, creating an untrustworthy work environment. Commitments are consistently unfulfilled, and management lacks adequate surveillance capabilities.I don’t want to communicate with management. I just want to make sure employees and families are aware of this daycare and the management team that are not capable of doing their jobs and should be asked to resigned this includes the MOD who is African American with Curly hair.

My daughter started in july. She was in Mr. Christian's class. She not only loved him, she was able to write her name within the first week. We also just had another child who started in the infant room. Ms. Cindy and Ms. Liz have been so wonderful with communicating with me on how shes been doing.

Cadence Academy located in North Aurora is just amazing. They accepted and welcomed my child with open arms. They have made sure we got the extra service needed with our child. This place feels like you are dropping your child off with family. We laugh together, play together, and work together so that my child may succeed at the next level. The teachers in my child class are so loving and devoted to teaching. I can tell that my child is in great hands. A big thank you to the all the staff and directors.

Ms. Liz is such a wonderful person and such a big help any questions I have she always finds a way to help. I also love Ms. Norma she’s very welcoming and super friendly and caring . Never had an issue with any of the staff, they care for the children and treat them like there own

I would say that this is a great place. Staff is friendly. But beware if you have your child there in an infant room and they have to combine rooms. My non mobile infant was bitten by another child. Seems to me they have quite a few bites here. Not a happy camper. These children that bite don't belong in a daycare. Until the problem is resolved. Keep them home and teach them biting is Not OK.

Amazing. Took my daughter here before COVID and just brought her back. The teachers have so much passion for the children and they take care of them like they were their own. I love all the activities they have throughout the day to keep the children busy! My daughter always comes home happy and healthy.

Cadence is amazing. My daughter is two and she loves it. She eats healthy meals, is learning new social skills, and her vocabulary has increased since being there. I'm so glad she's learning and having fun.

At the North Aurora Cadence, children feel safe, loved, and free to learn and grow. This is probably the best place for tiny humans to start their education. I know this to be true because my mom who is educated and experienced in early childhood education is the preschool director :) !

Mrs. Liz and Mrs. Jackie are amazing always welcoming you with a smile! Mr. Christian is a great with kids all ages, very helpful, he's been such a big support with remote learning.Teachers are very patient. Cadence does a great job with preparing kids for kindergarten. They have been a great support with remote learning providing a classroom for those students. My kids have grown so much and gained so much at Cadence. They do a good job keeping Cadence a clean and safe environment.Overall I am very thankful and very satisfied with Cadence Academy and would highly recommend it.

My daughter has been attending Cadence Academy Preschool for about 4 1/2 years now. She started in the infant room and now is in school age. The teachers and staff have always been attentive loving and willing to always work with me on any situation. My daughter is truly excited about each and everyday.Being a parent comes with many responsibilities and I always know that I don’t have to worry when she is at Cadence Academy. Thank you so much North Aurora!!

Overall great place to enroll your children. My children have been going here for the past 4 1/2 years. I have seen this building blossom into the beautiful home-like place it has become. It’s always a good feeling when your children aren’t crying when they walk into a daycare.... It is also a good feeling (WELL KIND OF) when you’re children are screaming because they want to stay longer and you “came to early” . Ms. Liz has been apart of Cadence while it was Rogys and for that I thank her so much, as she may not understand how much she helps in holding the place together. From the greeting families, the communication, and stepping in where she is needed. WE PARENTS NOTICE and we appreciate you. My son loves his teachers Ms. Chera , Both Diana’s and Ms Jackie whenever he sees any of you ladies he is beyond happy. To the school age teachers Mr. Christian & Mr. Micheal you both have been amazing during the pandemic and taught the children so much new things such as stocks (which at this point I’m going to come learn myself). Thank you for that as well.Robin Cole ..... She welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel at home, she communicates with families and always makes sure the children are picked up with a clean face and all of their belongings. As I have said before since my children have been enrolled she has worked effortlessly to keep up with the toys, books, supplies, and happy employees since I have been coming to the Preschool. Through the pandemic she has made sure this building is properly cleaned and sanitized. As she still is daily when I am picking up my children. I will like to thank Cadence Academy Preschool in North Aurora for all of their hard work. KEEP IT UP !!!

I have only good things I can say about this academy.Since day one they have cared for my babies extremely well. ( We have 7 children currently enrolled) I never have any concerns. They are profesional, clean and handle ever situation accordingly.Liz has been the best and a lifesaver on multiple occasions. I have struggled with my health and she has gone above and beyond for my children and me God Bless her.The staff feels more like family than anything else. So grateful for all the amazing girls. My kids know the routine and are always happy to come in to their care.

I enrolled my twin boys who are both speech delayed and one with autism, at first this daycare made you feel welcomed, but luckily they showed their true colors before more damage to my child could’ve been done. They are not all inclusive they run a three year old room at full capacity of 20 children to 1 adult. (When brought up to another daycare, they explained that is completely unheard of) Not only are they ablest and blame the children for things they cannot control, but refuse to offer help. And on top of that I had a safety concern with a drop off of my children and instead of the daycare calling to inform me, Aurora police station called instead. Obviously sending any caring parent into a panic. They are negligent, ableist and unprofessional. Take your child anywhere but here.

My daughter has attended this location when it was known as Rogys. This place was great, and the staff was professional at providing a great service. For whatever business reason this location has gone into corporation I have yet to see how this benefits a customer or my children. I get childcare assistance through the state I live paycheck to paycheck and that means every two weeks. The account management of this corporation does not assist or accommodate two folks like I who’s is pay week is biweekly. The director is arrogant and her communication style of how she approaches the customers. Does not respect the privacy of individuals. If I were grading the overall care from the teachers I would give them 4 stars for their kind and dedication to caring for children. But they are have been many times where I felt my children missed out on opportunities for growth in their education I wish they were that adamant about wanting to apply the best education for young children as they are about the customer accounts balances. This is would be my second choice.I am glad my family and I are finally done with this place. My Santa bring this place a better director.

My son has been going to Cadence Academy for about 2 weeks now and immediately I could see an improvement in his language skills. He was previously attending another daycare and I was concerned about him adjusting but the staff their made the transition seamless and stress free. He loved it right away and looks forward to school each day! The staff there love their jobs and the children they care for! Amazing facility!
