I’ve seen people complaining about the poles on the carts, but if people didn’t ditch their carts out in the parking lot, we wouldn’t have a problem, now would we? Unfortunately, someone always has to ruin it for everyone. They already pay their workers below minimum wage, and the store has great service compared to some other retail employees who make more. This specific Dollar Tree, employees working without AC about a week or two ago, registers shutting down from storms, etc.; if anything, I feel bad for the employees. All in all the store experience is great. Employees just need a little Justice.”

I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I need help finding something. If in case what I'm looking for they don't have, they will try their best to have it next time or order it especially for me!”

We came here to get balloons and party favors for my person’s daughter’s 16th birthday. We were treated to warm personalities and very helpful guidance while getting our helium on. Ari and Joey were great. Consummate professionals that quickly got us in and out with the coolest bouquet of birthday balloons ever. If you’re in the area, stop in because we really enjoyed the whole experience. Which isn’t always the case. Thanks Ari & Joey!!

“About on a daily basis I, go to family Dollar at 425 E.New York state. Aurora, clean, fully stocked and rotation of stock, very polite and respectful staff. One of my favorite places to shop.”

Everything else in the coolers are decent and priced to sell. What I have noticed is once I buy a product for a while, the price will increase and sometimes 25% mark up.”

“I really like this Dollar Tree because it’s conveniently located just a few stores down from Target, and it’s always clean and well-kept. However, I had a bit of a disappointing experience during my last visit. After shopping, we headed to the register, where we rang the bell to get the cashier’s attention. The young lady working seemed nice, but she didn’t acknowledge us at all. She quickly rang up our items, told us the total, and that was it. As a shop manager myself, I understand that everyone has off days, but I do feel that in customer service, it’s important to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, as it greatly impacts the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as these moments shape whether customers decide to return.”
