I made an appointment for alignment and waited an hour only for them to tell me that they were still missing a car and it is not the first time this has happened. I do not advise you to bring your car to these places, look for other options but here they do not care about your time. There are many better places than these. Don't come here, you will be disappointed.

Yooooo!!! This is as good as it gets.
I had an appointment for tire installation at another place (that's another review entirely... pun intended) set for 9:00am on Saturday morning. I got an email Friday night "be sure you're on time for your appointment tomorrow" blah blah blah. Yeah ok. I woke up Saturday morning to an email from that place telling me they'd cancelled my appointment and offered no alternatives. Who does that?
ANYWAY... I don't drive much, I work at home so I'm home most of the time, and my wife has her car as well, so usually being down one car isn't a problem, but a day like today, when both of us need to be places, this raises an issue. I certainly hadn't planned on picking up that screw and getting a flat and needing a new tire this week, but hey! Things happen. I thought I had this set away until this morning.
So here I am, it's 7:00am and I'm in my kitchen having coffee and needing a new tire and installation... I took to Google.
This Firestone was not only local (less than 10 minutes from my house), but they're OPEN at 7:00am. I call in, I explain what's up, and how I'm kinda in a bind and the guy on the phone with me is like "yeah man, we got you... come on down" He told me 8:30am. Cool, I can rock that.
I leave my house at 8:15 (punctual is my middle name), get there, go in. I talk to the service mgr. who shows me the two tire options, I pick one and give him my keys. Shortly after, they'd gotten my car into the bay and were getting on it.
A little while later, dude comes back "hey, you're all set." What?? man, that was fast!!! I pay and I go back home. I was back home at 9:18am. An hour and three minutes on next to zero notice, and my car is back to 100% operational capacity, now THAT'S amazing service.
I pull into the driveway at home, and I was going to secure the spare under the surface in the trunk before parking it in the garage, and I see the tech did that too!! Dude... that isn't much, that's a small gesture, but man, I appreciate that.
Today was my first time transacting business with this location, though I've lived here in North Aurora for eight years now, and I've driven past this place literally hundreds of times, and I gotta say, I'm impressed. Thank you for the professionalism, the service and getting the job done in a very timely manner.
When I need tires from now on, I know where I'll be going.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I ended up with a flat tire on Saturday, stopped by Sunday (an hour to close). Since they couldn’t get the tire delivered on a Sunday, Jose went first thing in the morning on Monday to pick up the tire I needed for my car from a nearby warehouse. I was in and out within 5 minutes and had my car was fixed first thing Monday morning. Jose was amazing, some of the best customer service I have ever received - I will most definitely be back for any of my car service needs!

I was fairly new to the city I live in, and had no preferences or recommendations for vehicle service in the area. So I went with a familiar name, considering I needed tires anyway. Good service for an aging car that I thought worth fixing.

Went in to get my valve replaced on my tire because I had new tires installed in October from here. The day after I left the tire was loosing air pressure. Filled it up every other day and figured it was from the cold. I went to put air in the other day and pushed on the valve and it was leaking from the bottom of the valve but the service manager said they could break over time it’s been 3 months… after they replaced my valve my auto start on my car isn’t working. After further research googling while I was waiting for my ride before I left their shop a tech walked out to my car and sabotaged the auto start resetting while clicking on and off 4 times. Now I need to go get my auto start reprogrammed. My auto start doesn’t work at all anymore after they touched it and I seen the tech reset it. Do not use this place. Awfully unprofessional and the icing on the cake is when I picked up my car from them the dude in front of me in line was commenting on how they forgot a brake fluid cap and made it leak all on his cars engine bay. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

This last time I went, they changed the people who attend the counter and the only thing they are interested in is getting money, they tell you that your car is missing everything. I bought tires like this less than 2 years ago and now with the new staff they told me that I needed new tires and when I told them that I had bought them right there, they remained silent. They just want to make money. The people who were before were better

Amazing staff at this location!!!! I had a sudden brake issue and they had it fixed in almost no time at all! The brakes are better than they have ever been!
