Buying a vehicle at Gerald Ford in North Aurora was by far the best and easiest experience I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle. Jonathon Woods was an excellent salesman and turned buying a vehicle into an experience. He was easy to work with and very communicative for days leading up to me actually going into the dealer to see the vehicle. Jonathon and Tom, the general manager, helped me secure a great deal on a great truck. I will be referring anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle to Gerald Ford.

Frankie was awesome. A bit of a hiccup at the beginning after car was purchased, however, Frankie actually took care of me as a customer after the purchase as well.
I am very very happy with Frankie’s service and low pressure sales. Frankie respected me enough to not over pressure me into buying a car that I didn’t want so I ended up with the car that I loved, and Frankie was the most respectful and most friendly of all of the sales people that I interacted with and all the dealerships.
After I talk to Frankie, the first time, I knew that I was going to buy a car from this dealership because I appreciated not being has her pressured off the lot (which happened at other dealerships btw)
Overall, I am very happy And thank you for your continued assistance with my vehicle and genuinely caring about how much I like my truck!! And caring about me as a customer still after the purchase was completed.
That is a HUGE deal and really makes me feel better knowing somebody has my back.
Would definitely recommend going here and would definitely recommend asking for Frankie- He’s the one closest to the front door 😊😎

Gerald ford has done a good job so far. I believe you can buy a car from anyone.But you pay for the service center that you are buying the car from. So far, the service center at gerald ford has done a really good job.

Daniel And the whole staff at Gerald Ford provided great customer service and showed willingness to help. The general manager Tom was awsome and I had a great time working with all of them. I would definitely recommend them for all car inquiries and sales.
