Next day after purchasing a new car I had to take it in for electrical issues and it sat in the shop for 2 months. In addition to this my name was forged on 2 additional contracts changing my due date to an earlier date without my knowledge or consent. I have filed a complaint with fraud.gov and also consumer affairs.

We have our Pathfinder serviced at Gerald Nissan. We love the service department and the staff is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and the service manager Lynn is the best. We will not have our vehicle serviced anywhere else.

These people are the most shady I ever met I bough a car after making a deal they alter the paperwork and everything was different what I told the rates, term and pricing everything was different avoid going to this dealership I was a long time client from them talking 30 years or so but they just do me wrong and that's not fair I call them they don't return calls please don't deal with them.

My old car died after going on for 212,000 miles and I needed a good used car to get to and from work. I looked at several dealerships but this one was willing to work with me so I could purchase a great used car. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied with what I chose and answered any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle. They made me feel like I was important and not just a quota they needed to fill to make a sale. Thank you, especially to Jose!

Worst customer service! Pedro sold us a car with a faulty second key. After multiple attempts, he told us to go to the service department to make it right. When we got there, It was more than a battery, so they told us to go to the dealer on Tuesday at 2p to reprogram. We did... and the guy never showed. I spoke with Bob (a manager) and he told us to go to service department. When we arrived, they told us they would charge us $179 (because we didn't go on Tuesday). No attempt to make the situation right. We had key reprogrammed off location for $30.Where did Pedro go? Zero response after the sale. Do not purchase a car from here (and don't believe Bob). He is a shark.

Nate B was awesome! I told him what I wanted, and he walked the lots to find what would fit my requirements. Once we found the perfect vehicle, it was pretty much the typical dealership stuff. I would highly recommend doing a deal remote. Be warned, they do add a $1,983 "prep fee" to the posted price of every vehicle.Overall I am very happy and got a great deal on price and trade-in allowance.

Nathan (Nate) B. was such a big help finding a new car! My experiences with finding an affordable car has been a pain but he made this process effortless and affordable. He tried every trick he had in the book and wouldn't stop until we found the best deal. I have NEVER had such a flawless car experience in my life. Will drive far and near just to deal with them only no matter where I move! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the market for a new car! They will work with you. Ask for Nate and tell him I sent you!
