My car was showing “Check Engine” lights and others during our recent cold snap. It was -13 degrees out. The next day, I got both a call and a text from Gerald Subaru asking for me to make an appointment to bring the car in to get it checked out. I took it in and they checked everything at no charge because it was still under warranty. They even topped off the wiper fluid.

Transaction process was very smooth for a car purchase.Jack Baumert was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Would definitely recommend him to F&F.Wait time for finance, etc... was very reasonable compared to my last purchase.

Our salesperson, Darrel was a pleasure to work with. He knew the cars and the inventory very well, was high energy and not at all pushy. He pointed out the features of each car and let us decide what was right for us.The only thing we were uncomfortable with in the entire transaction had nothing to do with Darrel. We did not want the extended warranty that was presented at the time of the paperwork and were uncomfortable with the manner in which it was presented. We had our previous Subaru Outback 12 years (good car!) and experienced similar discomfort for the same reason at that time.Over the years we have appreciated the service department and the staff there. We have always been treated courteously and knowledgeably. Because the 2011 Outback never had a need for major repairs we mostly just had routine service work done.Overall, we appreciate Gerald Subaru!

Had a great experience with Eric purchasing my new car. He went above and beyond by offering to set up test drives of other cars I was interested in. It was a HUGE benefit of going to the auto mart. I was able to test drive multiple brands and work with Eric through the entire process. Great experience. Bought the Subaru. Very happy customer. Would recommend Eric to my grandma. :)

The entire process was seamless and professional. No gimmicks and we were treated like we were the only customers. Our sales rep Erik Mertens was very knowledgeable and was patient with us from the day we showed up to do a test drive and beyond. We felt very comfortable with him and the entire team at Subaru North Aurora.

I've been receiving service reminders non-stop, and I just can't take it anymore. It all started after my last visit to this auto service center, and it's been an absolute nightmare. I've received phone calls, emails, and snail mail, all with the same message: "Our records indicate that your Forester is overdue for service."At first, I thought it was a simple mistake, so I reached out to my assigned service person and a few others from the center. But guess what? It's like trying to communicate with a black hole. No one responds to my emails, and it feels like a never-ending loop of indifference and incompetence.It's as if there's a revolving door of employees who just don't care about their customers. Maybe someone forgot to check a box when completing my service, or perhaps they're just too overwhelmed to keep track of anything.Writing this review is an act of sheer frustration because I shouldn't have to waste my time dealing with this. I have to schedule another call with them this coming week, and let me tell you, the usual interaction lacks any enthusiasm on their end.If you value your time and sanity, stay far, far away from this auto service center and dealership. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or basic communication, and it's simply not worth the hassle. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and customer-focused service center for your vehicle needs. - I'm just too lazy to find another.

I came from out of town and was having problems. They did not hesitate to take car of my car so I didn't have to worry on my trip home. They were very friendly and I felt they listen to me talk about the issue I was having. They fixed and I am all good to go. If I lived in this area I would definitely use them as my dealership.

I had a great experience looking at vehicles and going through the purchasing process. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain any questions. Overall the new car purchase process from start to finish was unlike any I’ve gone through. I will definitely recommend friends and family when they are ready to buy!

Extremely friendly staff. I felt at home as if I was amongst long-time personal friends. Eleain and Jay were extremely knowledgeable about the cars and helped me to pick the one that best suited me and my budget. They went above and beyond to help me feel at home in my new car. They showed me how to use the app to maximize my experience with the car, and they enthusiastically helped me explore the new intrinsic features of my car so I'm ready to hit the road in comfort and style.

I have always been happy with the service I get here.The Service staff are always very pleasant to deal wth.I am terrible with names, but I believe his name isDaniel? He worked with me on Monday August 21stto get all my 6 month service done on my 2021 Forester.The shop always looks very organized and clean. Bothwaiting areas are kept very nice for the customers.

Daniel was hungry for our business.I HATE salespeople but Daniel seemed to sense that and worked not to sell me something but allowed me to tell him what I wanted and needed and then made it happen. Also, we were there late and he was good natured thru the whole process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Subaru. He is a credit to your company and makes Gerald look good.
