This place RUINED my 4 year old sons hair. My husband took him for a hair cut, and he told her numerous times to trim an inch or two off the top and didn't. She tried fading him out on the bottom and completely butchered it. I should NOT have to fix my child's hair after paying for a hair cut! Don't go here, they don't know what they're doing nor do they listen to you!

First time I went here, she did a great job(believe it was the owner?) Tall, middle age lady. I wanted just a TRIM, 1/2", trying to grow it out. She did exactly that, and I was so grateful! Went last Thursday, she wasn't there, let another gal cut it, and I'm so sorry I did! Explained the same way I had before, which she totally ignored! My hair is shorter than it was before my previous haircut. Get to go on vacation with a "paige-boy" look. Never again, if the first stylist isn't there, I'll come back another time-

Do not go here if you want anything more than a simple trim or a buzz cut. I've gone in with a literal album in my phone multiple times with the usual stylists that are there and the only person to come close is Susan. Everyone else will shave half your head and add layers to the 5 inches of hair they leave at the top of your head until it looks like I'm trying out for lead singer for Flock of Seagulls (I'm 20, not 55 looking to add spice to my life) or going into the military. I hate these people (except Susan, for the time being) and this shop.

I just had a disaster of a haircut. Chopped off short layer in the back that was not even centered. The sides were uneven, long on one side and tapered on the other didr. Done too quickly. Corrected nicely at Orchard location.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP. It is clear this Great Clips is gaming the review system, notice how a lot of 5 star reviews have no comments?Go literally anywhere else. Even my 3rd grade cousin could give you a better haircut.Anyway, there's a lady here by the name of Patty who should not be giving hair cuts. She does an atrocious job. She is rude from start to finish, everything she says is tongue in cheek and she does not make the customer feel welcome. She definitely spoils the name of Great Clips.
