I needed a dress for the symphony last weekend- they had amazing deals here! There weren't very many options left, but I'm sure that was due to the nature of the deal. It was a pink tag deal of buy one get one free and I got two absolutely gorgeous dresses that fit me like a glove! I was very satisfied with my purchase!

Hello! I had a great interaction and shopping experience at the cosmetic section of the store. So glad they have that now. However, when I went to get an item of clothing and checkout, my experience got a little bit awkward. First off, both cashiers could be heard trying very aggressively to get people to sign up for the credit card/rewards. I understand as a person who has worked retail myself that this comes from overhead, and you don’t have to sign up if you don’t want to. However, hearing their pushy-ness I braced myself and once I got up to the front I said hello, how are you? All that. Immediately the conversation switched to rewards/credit card. I replied saying I don’t shop there that much, from then on I got no eye contact and a very dismissive attitude. Both cashiers seemed cranky. Just my opinion. Thought I’d share it :)

The lady at the cosmetic department gave me great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and recommended some great products for my skin. Overall JC Penney has alot to offer at competitive pricing.

Ordered something on line from JCPENNEY it was shipped to the store a week earlier. Pick up was at the customer service desk. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end.

The store is not always the cleanest and it is not always stocked very well, but the sales are amazing and I can usually find something great here
