The girls are always friendly and helpful! I'm an older girl who can find many choices appropriate and lots of varying sizes (and generous) to fit anyone. Great atmosphere, fitting rooms, lovely clothes & jeans.

Belinda was extremely rude and racist. Didn’t want to honor the prices of the items and acted totally unprofessional because the customers didn’t speak English. They still know how to do math and were completely aware of the sales that she specifically didn’t want to honor. The other employee present was nice and was giving the correct prices of the items. That’s how we know what Belinda was lying about the items on purpose. She had an attitude since the begging and you could clearly tell she had a bias towards the Spanish speaking clients. Belinda, you work at Maurices which means sales keep the business going. Shouldn’t matter what language or color they are! Do a better job and check your prejudice at the door! It’s not just sales that they buy at that store, but they also don’t need to buy the full price items to demonstrate to you that they can afford it. Shame on you.

I went on an adventure with my wife to find her a black work shirt. Unfortunately they didn’t have them there, but the staff was way more than helpful. She went out of her way to explain the name of the shirt we were looking for to help us find it easier. Plus she suggested the other stores around them. I think that’s very cool. I recommend going there if you want people who know what they are talking about.

Well, I needed to use the restroom, long drive from dekalb, but was yold no, could go to Target. Wasn't happy about that, I wasn't shopping at target. If i didn't have the shirt on hold and needed it. I wouldn't have bought it!

The Older staff need to follow the younger staff's example in professionalism. Talking negatively about patrons doesn't make you look cool, powerful nor admirable. I'm in my 40s and I'm embarrassed at the disempowering way my generation approaches being of service. I used to enjoy the way this place helped me figure out my outfits without all the judgement and snark comments. Some of us are professionals and live in scrubs. Fashion isn't my thing. I rely on boutique advice.

After getting soaked to the bone by an unexpected monsoon at the holiday market across the lot, the kind ladies at Maurices helped me find an entire new outfit and shoes so I could ditch the wet clothes. All were great finds from the clearance rack... even jeans, which are SO HARD for me to find! THANK YOU Maurices and your wonderful people!

I was going to buy something for my girlfriend at this store. I was driving around this area and noticed this store out of the corner of my eye. When I entered the store on Thursday I was not greeted by anyone. That was fine at first but when I asked for helped from an associate, Erin, I was treated like I was a problem for her and couldn't give me the time of day. The store seemed like it had some nice things but with the way I was treated I left and will not be shopping at these stores. First impressions are big and this one was bad. Hope other people weren't treated like this but I have a feeling others have the same experience.
