I stopped at the North Aurora location as I needed a new debit card, mine had been damaged. Carmen assisted me and it was a wonderful experience. She was super friendly and got me a new card right away. Great customer service.

Spoke to an associate at my local old second bank about my stuff and he was very helpful, kind, respectful, etc. Great service. Knew his stuff. Did take a little bit just because I am new to what we had done. Overall it was great I always go there.

Sabrina is absolutely fantastic to work with! She is always extremely helpful and very personable. We recently moved and I go out of my way to go to the North Aurora branch just to deal with her specifically.
