“Had a wonderful experience working with Jim. I was asking for a specific car and he ended up getting it but unfortunately it came in with bald tires, Jim explained he didn't feel comfortable with me taking it on the road. The local manager Jim is very knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I have a half a dozen rental companies closer to my house but I will go out of my way to rent from Jim in Highland Park. He always takes care of myself and my family.
