“I can't say enough good things about Shane and the entire team at Enterprise. Being without my car for three months was incredibly stressful, but they made the situation so much easier to manage. From day one, Shane took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the process every step of the way. What stood out most was how genuinely kind and caring everyone was. I never felt like just another customer—they always treated me with patience, respect, and understanding. During a difficult time, that level of customer service meant a lot to me. Thank you, Shane and the Enterprise team, for taking such great care of me. Your professionalism and compassion did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did to help me get through those three months. Highly recommend!”

“Needed to rent a car because my wife took cars to her mother’s. Went to Avis in Libertyville on 137 and was not disappointed. Ash helped me out and put me in a luxury car as an upgrade at the same cost as my original agreement. Car was fantastic, and I will continue to run cars from this location only.”

“Very helpful and kind personnel! I am very short and use multiple pillows to help me feel taller when I drive. I forgot my pillows in my rental and they were kind enough to save them for me!”

“I had a great experience from beginning to end, thanks to Tristan! When dropping off my vehicle at the shop, the rental was already there. Eventually I wanted to switch out the rental for something more hi-tech so I called and was told I would get a call back when they had stock in, which I did. I was able to leave the rental at the shop when picking up my vehicle which was great. Overall, staff was helpful.”

“Just wanted to leave a review for this location and for Shane, she helped us find a premium SUV that fit 8 people at a reasonable price. It was short notice and she helped us out during a bind. She was friendly and courteous.”
