“I was on I94 on Saturday afternoon over the Labor Day holiday when my car started making a very unpleasant sound. I got off the expressway at Gurnee and looked up auto repair shops nearby. “Good news, bad news!!!.....Bad news is, I needed a tow yesterday (8-26-23). Good news is, Rivera's Towing was the perfect company I chose to call and use. My car went out on me in Bristol, WI on RT 45. Called Rivera's Towing and the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and took care of securing a tow for me right away. The driver was there for my car in 45 minutes. He put the car on the flatbed quickly, securely and we were on our way. He was able to drop the car in a tricky little spot for me and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a great experience with Rivera's Towing and was very pleased with the service from both the woman on the phone who took the order and from the guy who did the tow. Thank you both for making a bad situation turn out better. Hopefully I'll never need a Tow again but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rivera's Towing!!”
“When I say they can through it n the clutch and were super friendly. The cost wasn’t ridiculous and my driver was awesome him and his dispatch supervisor knew what they were talking about.
