“I needed a slow leak in one of my tires repaired. Previously I had tried to get the leak fixed to no avail. Bernard's found the tiny nail causing the problem and had to patch the tire from inside. They did this while I waited and charged me very little for the time they had to put in. It is so unusual these days to find an honest and competent repair service. THANKS!!”

“Good news, bad news!!!.....Bad news is, I needed a tow yesterday (8-26-23). Good news is, Rivera's Towing was the perfect company I chose to call and use. My car went out on me in Bristol, WI on RT 45. Called Rivera's Towing and the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and took care of securing a tow for me right away. The driver was there for my car in 45 minutes. He put the car on the flatbed quickly, securely and we were on our way. He was able to drop the car in a tricky little spot for me and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a great experience with Rivera's Towing and was very pleased with the service from both the woman on the phone who took the order and from the guy who did the tow. Thank you both for making a bad situation turn out better. Hopefully I'll never need a Tow again but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rivera's Towing!!”

We have several old cars, and issues arise periodically. Our mechanic introduced us to H&H Towing and, over the past 25 years, we have been using H&H Towing exclusively. Every time, they arrive quickly, on schedule, and use a flatbed to carefully deliver our car to our mechanic. Their pricing is very fair. And they are careful to prevent damage to the vehicle.
Why am I writing this review now? Today, I thought I needed a tow. But Bob was most helpful, and he actually helped me avoid a tow!
Towing can be a dreadful experience. It gives my wife and me great relief to know that we can turn to H&H Towing in a time of need.”

“I've brought my vehicles here for over 5 years now. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Operated by kind and hard workers. They Always let me know what the problem is with the vehicle and how much the cost would be, before they start working on it. Even living in wisconsin now, I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else for service. Good mechanics are hard to come by now a days, but I certainly found mine!”

I received an honest estimate and encouragement for my quarter panel/rear side flap that was a result of a hit and run (I wasn’t planning to repair cosmetic dmg with the estimate I received from my mechanic for other parts already repaired to get the car driving). Waukegan Tire recommended me to Maj-estic ?
I let the office know I was already planning to trade in my car at the end of the year and would rather save for a down payment for a new one, and they offered to screw in my flap so I don’t run into any issues on the road.
If I ever need a service from these guys, I will gladly go back ?”

“Just awhile ago, my car battery unexpectedly died while waiting for heavy rain to pass at 2am. Erik still got here quickly and was very helpful, patient, and nice! I don’t know much about cars and this is my first time needing a jump start so he also gave me very helpful advice regarding my car’s battery. Really appreciate that cuz I probably wouldn’t have known about it if he didn’t tell me.
