“I used their service today to have my son’s Honda CR-V towed a short distance in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The tow-truck driver, Alex, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Although the insurance company had given him an earlier arrival time than the one they gave us, so he had to wait for us to arrive, he was very understanding and patient. He explained everything clearly and even showed us that the car was leaking brake fluid. We had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated his help. (The insurance company paid. So, I have no idea about the cost)”

We have several old cars, and issues arise periodically. Our mechanic introduced us to H&H Towing and, over the past 25 years, we have been using H&H Towing exclusively. Every time, they arrive quickly, on schedule, and use a flatbed to carefully deliver our car to our mechanic. Their pricing is very fair. And they are careful to prevent damage to the vehicle.
Why am I writing this review now? Today, I thought I needed a tow. But Bob was most helpful, and he actually helped me avoid a tow!
Towing can be a dreadful experience. It gives my wife and me great relief to know that we can turn to H&H Towing in a time of need.”

“I needed a slow leak in one of my tires repaired. Previously I had tried to get the leak fixed to no avail. Bernard's found the tiny nail causing the problem and had to patch the tire from inside. They did this while I waited and charged me very little for the time they had to put in. It is so unusual these days to find an honest and competent repair service. THANKS!!”

I received an honest estimate and encouragement for my quarter panel/rear side flap that was a result of a hit and run (I wasn’t planning to repair cosmetic dmg with the estimate I received from my mechanic for other parts already repaired to get the car driving). Waukegan Tire recommended me to Maj-estic ?
I let the office know I was already planning to trade in my car at the end of the year and would rather save for a down payment for a new one, and they offered to screw in my flap so I don’t run into any issues on the road.

“Just awhile ago, my car battery unexpectedly died while waiting for heavy rain to pass at 2am. Erik still got here quickly and was very helpful, patient, and nice! I don’t know much about cars and this is my first time needing a jump start so he also gave me very helpful advice regarding my car’s battery. Really appreciate that cuz I probably wouldn’t have known about it if he didn’t tell me.
