Had a lost package for almost a week but in inquiry on Saturday night Monday morning got a call from North Chicago that they located it and would get it to me within 2 days and that’s exactly what they did

Never had a problem for 17+ yrs I've lived in North Chicago until we got a new mail carrier who is apparently very LAZY and doesn't want to deliver our mail daily. The worst part is you cant complain to anyone because they don't care.

This is one of the BEST post offices yet. One worker in particular named Teresa is a great worker. Teresa does a magnificent job.
