Bad service, I'm in line and there's only one person at the front desk. Very bad service. Left me even though I was in the counter and went to help someone else. Corporate needs to educate and hire better employees. Felt very disrespected.

I love this place. The workers are very professional and helpful. More helpful than the workers in the one around the corner from my house. Lately, every time I have to get something, I get the same lazy, sorry, ?, worker that's only there for a paycheck. I can't get headlights because the tool he needs to take the part off with, they don't have it. I can't see why my check engine light is on because he can't go under my hood. Really dude!!! Thanks, AutoZone. At 1980 Harlem in Riverside, you rock!!!!

Ordered a rotor and picked up they gave me wrong one . Went back to replaced it and they closed store early door was locked at 8:40 pm I knocked on door and they ignored me was suppose to be open til 9pm
