I gave 4 stars because I stood in line for three to four minutes to get to the person which tells me he's in training. I had to get back in line for another 5 to 6 minutes.

My husband and I visited here for a Geek squad appointment for my Oura ring. LuLu was great and helped explain the warranty and was so patient and nice even when I got slightly frustrated. She helped resolve our issue and got a replacement sent out and it arrived the next day. Thank you!
