While traveling to Southwest Missouri, my check engine light came on. We stopped at the dealership. They got us in very quickly and out very good staff best service I have ever had.

Took my truck for several issues and I was told they could not find one of my issues because I had things in my truck. I can hear The noise every time I hit a small bump in the road. When I called to schedule the appointment the lady on the phone even heard the noise.

Hi,
Their advertising states that Castle is the “Home of No Money Down Leases,” and that no money down leases include 45,000 miles, whereas other dealerships typically charge $1,350 or more for the same mileage. However, when I leased my vehicle, I did not receive this offer.
I’m trying to understand why the promotion wasn’t applied in my case. Could someone from the dealership clarify this discrepancy? Thoughts?
I am rating this as 4 stars as the overall service was great, but I do hope this gets corrected.
