I was robbed here getting service!! I reported the crime committed on their premises (possibly by an employee but that is unclear) the very same same day. I spoke to the service manager ( I think his name was Corey or something similar) and he said he'd review the video footage and get back to me by the next day. He never called me back so I reached out two more times and left him messages to no avail. I am very disappointed at the lack of compassion or outreach to someone who was victimized at your place of business. Be very careful if you patronize this dealership because it is not safe.

I have been a customer of Castle Buick for many years now. Over the years, I have purchased 6 vehicles here both new and used and will continue to do so. The reason is the outstanding customer service, both in the sales and service departments and this week was just one more example. My sons' Cadillac hit a pothole while driving on the highway and his air compressors for his shocks blew out --- insurance (don't get me started) wouldn't cover any of it due to the fact that the adjustor stated no under carriage damage!!! The cost of replacement and repair over $4,000!!! I went in to pick up details of items needed and sat down with the Service Manager Dave who offered to contact GM to see if they would help out. Well, guess what, they did and now the repair is significantly less and even though there is a UAW strike and parts are difficult to get, Dave got them and fixed the Cadillac in 1 day!! Thank you again Castle Buick!!! THESE PEOPLE ROCK!!

I took my car to Castle Buick in May for an air bag recall. In September I brought the car to Carmax to sell it. When Carmax ran the auto check it showed that the technician at Castle Buick had entered the odometer reading at 151,000 miles. The actual miles was 74,000 Because of the high miles Carmax offered me $700. It showed up as a possible rollback. Had to take the car back to Castle to have odometer corrected then call Experian to have them update the auto check. Back to CarmaxNow the car is worth $2,200. Castle almost caused me to lose $1,500. Asked the manager at Castle if he could throw in a free oil change for the hassle. He said "Sorry, no I can't" Something as simple as "Sure, sorry for the inconvenience we caused you" would have cost them nothing and it could have generated goodwill and prevented this poor review. Will never do business with Castle again.

Went to buy a 2500 gmc AT4 yesterday The sales person was nice but on the website it said the Castle price which was sticker price. Not that I ever want to pay sticker for a gm product, but I was willing to do that. Spend over 2 hours in that place and then they come back with a $5k up charge. I left, will never go back. Already have two other dealers that will honor the MSRP. So they will get my business. Went to carmax to get a price on my trade in and they gave me $2500 more than Castle offered. Not a dealership I would ever do business with. Good luck to anyone that deals with them.

My husband brought his truck in with a full warranty and he keeps bringing it back to them because they are trying there best not to honor the warranty and the warranty is from GMC I think they don't know what there doing the young representative on the call was laughing because my husband was frustrated he has brought his car back to GMC after they say they fixed it. GMC they keep asking my husband does he want to see his truck like there deliberately trying to sabotage his truck and we're not happy about that the better business bureau will get contacted very bad business.

Horrible service!!!!!! The receptionist is worthless and always has an attitude and some of the representatives have the same attitude as her. They need a training on how to act with customers! The only reason these individuals have jobs is because we chose to bring our vehicles to get service.

I have been contemplating on upgrading my truck for a while. I didn't like the customer service from my previous dealership. I worked with a wonderful salesman, Che who helped me get exactly what I wanted. It was my best experience purchasing a truck ever. I will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thank you!!

Horrible dealership - take your business elsewhere. Shopping for a used car for my mom. Serious buyer, ready to purchase today. I called the dealership to ask about the 2014 Buick Verano that I saw online, and verified that they had it in stock for a test drive. I spoke with Alexandra on the phone, and made an appointment to head over. She said that she would pull the car out front, so it would be there when we arrived in 1.5 hrs. She sent a confirmation text to my cell phone, and I replied.We drove an hour in traffic, arrived at Castle, but no car out front I asked for Alexandra (as she instructed me to do so), and was told that she just handles phone calls, and that Tito would be helping us. Tito kept going to the back, then the counter, then back & forth.Tito informed me that the Verano was not there - it was at the body shop in Brookfield! Ridiculous - spent two hours in traffic roundtrip, wasted gas, all for a confirmed appointment that didn't really exist. No apology, no offering to help - epitome of poor service and unprofessionalism.Don't waste your time at this place.

I think I commented in the wrong Castle about Even. Bottom line, don't see Evan
