I came for a set of tires installation with appointment at 3:15 and went home at 7:45 pm. Terrible service and I noticed that the guys taking care of the tires were taking turns to take care of the customers as well leaving the cars alone and wasting time. Costco managers if you don’t have enough staff you better hire more and at least put someone to be at the desk and not taking turns so the others can take care of the cars. We all notice that you don’t have enough staff workers but you can hire more and it can get better.

I make an appointment for one of my vehicle tires problem, “fix a flat tire” app I was for 1:45 arrived at 1:30 it took them 3 hours to fix that tire with an appointment made.
Staff looks very unprofessional

Front counter employee was unprofessional and unfit for the job
No clue what he was doing.
Costco train your staff to deliver good service , please

Steve went above and beyond tonight helping us get the tires we needed in an emergent scenario. The extra leg work and calls he made to get us back on the road will not b be forgotten!

To slow and even you come on time for one tire taking 2~3 hours to fix it, some times tires they balancing and car is worse then before just worthless

Got my tires replaced here and they have no care about your car. My white seats are dirty with stains, the fabric on my dashboard and mirror is dirty with oil/grease stains. Plus they took 2 extra days from the day I had my appointment because they forgot about my car…no discounts or nothing. GO TO SAMS CLUB they have better prices and service!!!

Bring in my car because my tire was very low. Arrived and the tire was almost flat. Diagnosis was a bubble/tear on the interior of the tire, most likely from a pot hole. Order two new tires as recommended and waited 3 days. Came in on a Monday 28th and since they said damage was most likely from a pot hole I asked them to inspect the rim for a crack. Called Thursday 31st, tire JUST arrived and asked to come in at 4:00. Didn’t get my car until about 7:00pm. Almost 3 hours to install 2 tires? Saturday 2nd-tire was flat again-Josh said that the tire wasn’t installed correctly, a flap of rubber made for a bad seal. Sunday 3rd-flat tire again. This time there is a crack in the rim and to please come get my car. I asked if they could put the spare on and the tech said “sure I guess we could do that”.. Third times a CHARM! Spent all weekend dropping off my car, 3 visits to diagnose a crack? Now I understand why this location has 3.7 stars! Should have looked beforehand and the GM needs to get a grip on what’s going g on over there-pun intended.

I have seen a decline over the last five years. Very frustrating in how they do services. No one is trained correctly, nor is there any process flow in the front desk or back garage operations. People who have appointments are left to their own as the shop keeps taking walk-ins and being overrun by the work.
Solution- pace what work you are allowed to do per day with walk-ins and prioritize your schedule appts. If you were a doctors office, patients would be leaving in droves. It's called resource management

A absolute nightmare, had to return to the store five times tire weights kept falling off. Took it to Discount Tire to get them rebalanced they told me one of the tires were bad and the date on the tires were almost 2 years old. Brett the manager has no business installing tires. Finally received refund. Nothing but problems, one of tire associates even said how unfairly I was treated and I quote at least you get to leave

Love Costco. I go every weekend. There's always new stuff to try out. I won't use any other paper towel or toilet paper. Their meatloaf n mashed potatoes is fire. I love it. My kids love it. My dog even loves it. It makes me want to go now n get the meatloaf.

They check memberships now. Are they going to come to family dinner and make sure everyone has a Costco card? Are they going to check memberships at the gas station. This is so dumb.

Worst Costco customer service especially from Mr Ricky and his associates. Horribly run Costco in general . Corporate would be hearing about this .

I will never buy tires here again. There are only 2 guys working in the shop at any time, and there is always a long wait. Even if you have a warranty to replace your tire, it costs around 50% of the tire cost to replace it. Even if you are getting a simple patch to your tire, it takes them hours to do it. They lose your information every time they put it into the system, and they will lose your car in their own parking lot. Absolutely not worth it!

Good location. Lots of parking and cheapest gas too. Inside is clean and well organized. Friendly quick checkout. I expect nothing less from Costco. A+
