I’ve shopped at Divine Consign a few times and have had such a great experience each time. Thom (i think that’s how you spell it) is the nicest salesman ever. He is so patient and kind and he made shopping for furniture truly so easy. He’s super experienced and has great taste! Furniture is also so high quality, our house looks beautiful!!! Cannot recommend enough!

Uncomfortable and Aggressive
I was recently in Divine Consign, with my husband shopping and my experience was very uncomfortable and aggressive with the sales person Lorretta.
It was our first time in the store and we said we just wanted to walk around and look at the furniture. She constantly was following us everywhere, even though we explained that we wanted to take our time and we would let her know if we needed help. She wouldn't leave us alone. She literally followed us out the front door and said, remember, my name is Loretta, when you return.
I don't know if this was because she's on commission or this is how the store does their sales.
We ended up going to another furniture store buying what we needed, and there was no pressure while we were shopping.

This place is fabulous. The customer service of Thom and Elsa was 5 star. Thom is so patient and polite. Elsa is so kind. I love this place.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to find what I needed (a comfy couch at a fair price) when I walked in here. I was wrong! These folks are super helpful - they lifted the couch up for me so I could inspect the underside, and answered my various questions with patience. Delivery was a snap. Highly recommend!

Spectacular! Everything you need is here and beautifully displayed.....and the prices are amazing! No pushy salespeople. They are designers and help you make the best choices. Tom has exquisite taste and doesn't hesitate to tell you what works and what doesn't. He has helped us furnish ever room in our house ..LOVE this place!

After our first time experiencing Divine Consign, we walked away thoroughly pleased with multiple pieces of furniture, a lamp and a neat piece of art. Not at all what we went in there looking for but that’s the fun part of shopping consignment = you don’t always know what you “need” until you see it! Thom was especially helpful during our shopping process by explaining how their consignment works, price structure, delivery, etc. We regularly browse the online store now and look forward to going back to the store more regularly.

My husband and I walked into this business and were surprised to find furniture in excellent condition and the floor layout was very nice and clean. We went in to inquire about the process of how to consign with this particular store and Tom immediately assisted us with no problems whatsoever. His customer service was excellent and he was willing to assist us with all of our questions and concerns. He made the process a very easy one. I am so glad we stopped by today. The customer service is standoff-ish. Came here to shop for a couch but I was followed around as if I didn’t belong here. I was literally watched the entire time & followed by a worker. This made me not want to purchase a couch I really liked due to feeling uncomfortable shopping with them.
