Walked in store and was looking at a jacket when bald black lady told coworker watch them make sure they don’t steal just because we Hispanic thinking we didn’t understand what she was saying… needs to be fired and will be making a report .

Very ignorant workers. I was in there and exchanged clothes for shoes, and it took them 20 minutes to get the shoes out of the back. I’m pretty sure they were waiting for the shoes to walk themselves up. They came up to the register to ring me up for the exchange. Meanwhile, the manager was uninterested in helping the other customers—probably took a power nap standing up. Talk about being lazy! She comes out and says, “We don’t have your size in that color,” so I ask for the other color, and she takes another 15 minutes. I get home, and I have two left shoes! Guess they were really “left” in the dust. Talk about business management! They don’t even pick up their phone. Nine times out of ten, they’re standing around in the store zoned out, probably playing hide-and-seek with customer service.

Some of the worst service I’ve received in a while! This company is ripping people off financially through refunds! Whatever amount of money you spend, when returning within the 30 days , you should get back but instead this company decided to keep a few dollars for themselves!

Staff was unfriendly. Girl wrapped my t-shirt around her arm as she was ringing it up which was making it wrinkled. Not a very enthusiastic crew. No personalities or customer service oppertunis at this place. 1⭐️

I only gave this review for the STORE MANAGER. Not the assistant managers. The store manager was given a title and she uses that to her advantage. She is very loud and does not know how to execute PROPER MANAGEMENT. She speaks when someone is speaking to her, she always has to be right and she treats people as if they are beneath her. She bosses her workers around as if she is not AN EMPLOYEE on the clock as well and every time I come in, she is demanding someone else to do some work while she stands around. UNACCEPTABLE!! She knows people call in about her often so she tries to beat them to the punch as if the customer did some harm to her when really she is throwing around HER TITLE! THAT LITTLE STORE MANAGER TITLE MEANS NOTHING OUTSIDE OF THAT SMALL DTLR STORE OF MANY OTHERS!! She has to learn to communicate properly and not be so on defense about everything and then something good will come her way. Her guilty conscience comes into play when she makes a complaint about someone she exchanges words with before the customer can get to speak to the higher up. She needs to be removed from the store and humbled because as quick as she received the title, it can be snatched from you as well. Just a message for the mid age lady that acts very much so like the high schoolers she hired.

Called for information on returns and the rude lady answered the phone rudely while having a profanity conversation with someone else! When I tried to confirm what she said her answer was “that’s what I said” this store has horrible customer service and I wouldn’t advise spending any time or money there! Maybe customer service classes would be advisable!!!!!!

Walked in trying to buy shoes for my boys, the men working there seemed completely uninterested in helping us. They wouldn’t even go in back and look for shoes for us. Everything we asked them they said they didn’t have. Ridiculous! Tell them to get jobs they enjoy. 10/6/2022 @3:50
