Lots of inventory but prices seem to be more expensive and their self checkout was operated by staff which doesn’t make any sense because it’s supposed to be self checkout and it made the line really long to check out. Only 2 machines were opened when they have over 5.

Visited the store today, I noticed once I got to self check out the line was really long. Once It was my turn I noticed that all the registers were down except one which had an associate there ringing for us. I was confused because why ring us up yourself on SELF CHECK OUT instead of at the actual register? After she got done scanning my items and I paid, i noticed she rated herself a 9 for the survey at the end. She did the same with everyone behind me as well. I've been here a few times and I noticed they do this quite a few times. I'm not sure if they do it to give themselves a higher rating but the rating should be considered false. There was boxes everywhere making it hard to find what you were looking for, There was only 1 employee from what I saw and she was ringing us one by one!! Just made everything time consuming.

I was at the store at 6:45 and they tjestaff told me they closes at 6pm om sundays.Bit the map says its 07:00 pm.Waste of time

I asked the associate up front to direct me to ear buds, you would have thought I said something about her mother instead. She had a mean look on her face towards me, unfortunately
No smiles!!!! I thought that was a part of customer service.
