While I was shopping in this store on 1/8/2026 at 930 AM, there was an African American lady (who I would assume was the manager or supervisor of the store) that was yelling and speaking to her employees in a terrible demeanor. She was yelling loudly in front of shopping customers and talking to them in an unacceptable way. Saying phrases such as “you guys need to hurry UP you guys should be done before i get back to the front of this store” that is so unprofessional and honestly just rude. From one human to another I am sorry to those employees that have to deal with that. especially with it being only 30 minutes into the store opening. It would be hard to want to stay at a job with a higher up who has that attitude and a higher up that speaks down to me thinking they’re better than the rest of the employees.

Usually I don’t have a problem coming here but today I came to look around and shop only to be followed by some white guy the entire time i was there. It was really uncomfortable and when I confronted him about it , he said he doesn’t “work” there but it was very obvious he does.. like if you’re going to be working in loss prevention at least be good at it and not obvious lmao!!
