Matthew was extremely kind! Having a two month old, it’s extremely hard to get around especially during the cold but thankfully he was kind enough to hold them longer than he’s allowed. I only had crocs to wear and was worried I wasn’t going to stay warm! Ty!

Bad customer service they do not respect the customers. People stand in line they wait on people who they want first not in line order. The lady Chris even snatch a receipt out of this older ladies hand, the lady then asked for a refund I left after seeing this behavior. I rather spend money somewhere else. Please don't shop here

Y’all so problematic and do the most. The managers are not professional whatsoever. What’s even worse is y’all treat employees like trash. There’s not one moment the managers are not talking about the other. You think costumers don’t know, but we do. Didn’t even buy anything for the store because the poor service. Sad

The associate named Diana was the sweetest person and the greatest help! Although I wasn’t able to purchase shoes here since they didn’t have the one I wanted in my size, she did me the favor and called a different Journeys and had them put it on hold for me. Happened to go into the store to resolve an order that never arrived. Since we had no receipt I just expected to get some information. Instead a very helpful guy named Luis immediately checked out the problem and after a short conversation with his back office department worked out a most satisfactory resolution and we will get the order completed this week. Wish I would have had time for more shopping at his store but will definitely be a repeat customer.

Money was took from card and system went down. Had to wait over 30 mins for a receipt and was told the transaction was canceled when my bank showed pending. Didn’t accommodate customers for having to wait. Poor customer service... Won’t shop there again.
