This review is specific to Janiel in custom framing. She was wonderful and patient, helping my husband and I pick out frames for 3 different items we were hoping to frame. She offered multiple solutions to meet our needs and went out of her way to ensure we were taking advantage of Michael's offered deals. Thank you Janiel, my family and our new frames thank you!

They're either going out of business or they just don't care about how they present their inventory. Place was a mess, stock was low and service is missing. Not the Michael's of old.

Friendly staff. Clean and organized. Never wait in line due to a shortage of cashiers or not enough registers open. They have tons of great deals, and the clearance isles are always packed with good finds! Floral and holiday sections are my personal favorite sections!

I didn't buy anything because the canvas were too big to fit in my car but the manager was kind enough to allow me to try before purchasing. I TRULY APPRECIATED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Omg I came there for a red rose in the rain. It said they had 11 in stock, but there were none in stock. Then, the 40% on ashland roses were for select roses🤬. The online purchase and pick up said it was ready but there was none. There's not a michaels by me, and since joanns closed, i have to travel really far... you guys should really consider putting one downltlwn.
