He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. “This store deserves 5/5. Truly so helpful in a very genuine way. I came in dealing with a stressful financial situation from another carrier. Leo helped me understand so many things, helped me see all the options I had and took the time to explain the entire process to me with continuous written and verbal communication so nothing would be missed. The supervisor came and explained it as well so I would not be blindsided by anything. Truly a beautiful connection I had with them. It's so important to feel welcomed and understood when trying to make a purchase this big. I really appreciated all the help provided. “The AT&T store on the corner of 95 and Western is the BEST in the Chicago. They have OUTSTANDING customer service. Every person I encountered was courteous and polite, very patient, friendly and helpful. The manager, Crystal was so efficient. I love the way she works with all the workers and customers in the store with so much kindness, efficiency and knowledge. She was able to smoothly multitask and help with multiple customers.
The young man I particularly worked with today, John was such a joy and delight. He was so mannerable, respectful, friendly and kind. (So, was the young man Ricky I worked with 2 weeks ago.) Again, their kindness and patience is UNMATCHED!!!
