I believe that if I’m willing to provide constructive feedback when it’s warranted, I should be just as willing to give positive feedback when it’s deserved. And the experience we received since absolutely deserves recognition. I want to personally thank Dr. Moskowitz, Daniel, Khalyl W., Chris L., and the entire team for the care, patience, and compassion they have shown my mom, Evelyn, and her cat, Jogie. Managing Jogie’s diabetes and insulin has been a stressful process, but this team has really worked with us to get his glucose and insulin under control. Their communication, follow-up, and genuine concern for Jogie have made such a difference. They’ve also taken the time to make sure we understand what to watch for and how to properly care for him at home. Most importantly, my mom feels like Jogie is genuinely cared for, and that means everything to our family. My mom Evelyn and Jogie truly appreciate the love and care you’ve shown them. ❤🐾 Thank you, Dr. Moskowitz, Daniel, Khalyl, Chris, and the entire Petco North Riverside team. The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”
