They do awesome work here. A tad bit pricey, but worth it. They do fill up quickly, so you may have to wait for a bit. In my opinion, that shows how much people (and myself) trust their work with our vehicles.

Beware of this place they will try to charge you on unneeded work. I was replacing the grille of my car the other day and forgot to reconnect a connector in my front bumper so it was causing my dashboard to give me a “hood ajar” notification. So I went to the quick lane so they can reconnect the plug since I was being lazy (I could have done it myself) I let them know about the “hood ajar” problem and even TOLD them what needed to be fixed; but they insisted on it being the hood latch and wanted to charge me over $200 saying they needed to remove the front bumper as well. Bunch of liars. So I decided to stop being lazy, went home, unbolted the bottom fender (without even removing the bumper) reached in and reconnected the plug. And will you believe it, no more “hood ajar” notification. Problem fixed in under 30 min.

My wife took her 2013 navigator in for some lighting repairs on the taillights (bulbs). After they replaced the bulbs this is how they returned the truck back to us!! Both my taillights are hanging and consuming water due to rain. They're mention to my wife that we'll have to buy new taillights which are over $300 each just because they broke the snaps that hold them in place. Really!!!! Going to try and tell my wife to replace them when all they needed to do is replace the snaps that THEY broke off themselves!! The poor judgement, lack of respect and problem resolution is shocking. Oh, they place the blame on the manufacturer in regards to the poor quality of the snaps. Even if it's true, you broke it then you should be responsible enough to replace it and not return the vehicle in this condition. I'm expecting this to be properly resolved as that's the LEAST you can do for your customer.UPDATE: November 15.Since my post, Tom has rectified the situation by ordering and installing 2 new taillights at no cost. They went above and beyond, my wife and I are very appreciative and thankful. It's not where you start, it's how you finish that matters the most and they finished on top. Thank you Tom.

I do not recommend this Quick Lane for anything other than scheduled maintenance (oil change, brakes, tires). I brought in my Mercury Milan due to the check engine light coming on. They ran their diagnostics and determined it was due to a faulty EGR valve. The parts and labor cost me around $450. A few days later, the check engine light comes back on, so I brought it in again. They then told me I needed a new PCM, which the part itself costs around $450. I explained to them since they didn't correctly diagnosed the problem the first time, I shouldn't be liable for any additional costs. They firmly told me no, that it wasn't their fault. They were just following Ford's instructions. So I decided to have the job done. Total labor and parts came out to around $750. A few days later, you guessed it, the check engine light came on, so I took it in again. They told me that it's possible that the PCM was defective, which is odd because it was an new, OEM Ford part. They supposedly updated the module with the most up-to-date software. A few days later, the check engine light came on again. At this point, my wife is getting ready to give birth to our first child, so I put bringing the car again on hold. I honestly think their "technicians" are poorly trained. Instead of looking for the problem, like a real mechanic, they simply follow instructions. Because of this, I am out almost $1,200. Very poor service.
