Victor was friendly and helpful. I Didn’t feel pressured to buy. I found what I was looking for. I went back a few days later with an issue I had with the second watch I bought. Oh my goodness, Victor Fernandez is the best jeweler I have ever worked with. He explained the difference between natural and lab diamonds. He was patient, and I was able to upgrade my ring at a great price. I also received coupons for my next purchase. Roger's and Holland's made a great choice when they hired VICTOR!
