I went in looking for my favorite perfume (Versace-absolu) and I couldn't find it. Thankfully the girls were able to help me out. They were busy but they went out of their way to help me find my perfume in the back. I really appreciate it. They were so nice about it. I know not all sales associates are helpful but thankfully those girls were!

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. I came in to purchase a cologne for my husband. I asked the employee (she had long hair) by the register if they had the Eros red cologne. Immediately she seemed upset that I asked her a question, she had an attitude and wasnât answering my questions. She made it obvious that she did not want to help. Another employee had to chime in and told her that they had them in stock. The employee by the entrance was very nice and so was the one that chimed in to help. I am a regular customer at Sephora in North Riverside but after the kind of customer service that I received, I will not be returning to this Sephora. Good customer service skills are essential for a business.

I visited this store recently to buy makeup, and I have to say, the staff here is amazing! Every time I asked for help, they were nice, friendly, and polite. The manager is especially cool and willing to assist with anything you need. I don't have their names right now, but I will definitely find out and leave another review to give them the recognition they deserve. They always provide great makeup tips with a smile, and I hope they receive more than a five-star rating for their hard work.
What I love most is that they truly go above and beyond for you, as long as you treat them with kindness. I believe that being positive and patient with the staff can really enhance your shopping experience. Overall, my visits to this store have been pleasant, with friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to assist. I hope the management sees this review and appreciates the dedication and hard work of their amazing team. ?

Worst customer service ever! Staff are absolutely not helpful. I stopped by this North Riverside Kohls Sephora store yesterday to see if a few items were in stock. The employee just told me that if i didnt see it, its wasnt in stock. She didnt offer to check or look for those items. It wasnt even busy and the store looked very messy. What is upsetting is that this was actually the 3rd time this has happened to me at this Sephora store. Ive heard the same responses the last 3 times I've gone there such as, "if I don't see it on the shelf, it's not in stock, we are waiting for new shipment, we haven't put away new shipment yet." I've even asked if they could pls check the locked drawers, which stores their extra inventory, and they wouldn't even check or offer to check. They just said "no, there is nothing in them." I've even looked online to see if the item I was looking for was available for pickup from that store and it actually was. In other words, "it was in stock." I've wasted time and gas visiting that store. What kind of customer service is this? So disrespectful to me! Why bother having that store at Kohls??? They obviously are losing money. Other Sephora stores ive visited have never treated me like this. I will never go back to that Kohls Sephora store again.

Came in for concealer and they sold me foundation. Very annoyed because I made myself clear. I didnât realize it was foundation until I was 30mins away and itâs snowing and raining so bad. Never going back

No wonder they have 2 stars. I called them twice and neither time was my call picked up. Who ever was working Wednesday, August 23rd needs to get it together because i know its not that busy in that store. Everythime I've gone in there the store is DEAD and the workers are just standing around so I don't understand why a phone call cannot be picked up.

I called this Sephora location to do a stock check on a high-end product. No one picked up my first call. I was on the line for 8 minutes. My call was re-directed to customer service. They forwarded my call to Sephora. I was, again, on the line for 7 minutes. No answer. I decided to hang up and call again. Same deal. 7 minutes into this call, I was, again, re-directed to customer service. This associate put me in touch with the manager. Again, this time, a 7-minute wait while the manager was looking into why no one was answering. I gave up. This Sephora location really needs serious help. Ridiculous lack of good customer service. I'll go to a free-standing Sephora. If I could give the Sephora at Kohl's North Riverside location no stars, I would.

1st trip came to this location to purchase rare beauty crème highlighter. Nothing in stock. Beauty advisor did not offer the website as an option . Ended up ordering online which was great. Free shipping a huge plus. I really wanted to keep the product however, I broke out. I come back to this location with the intention of returning product and making a new purchase. I was shot down immediately by cashier. I was redirected to a,â free standing Sephora locationâ. Come on now. Who wants to do all this running back and forth.

I went with my cousin to shop for foundation. The associate was clueless. She wanted to sell what she uses instead of asking the customers needs. That's not the end of this. After my cousin decided to pick her own foundation because she left forced. We were treated like if we were thrives trying to find a product that worked best for her needs. Wth. She said clearly she was looking for foundation for a wedding. You need to hire better people. We aren't definitely coming other back to this location again.

Celinda (I am sorry if i misspelled it) at Sephora is a doll.She color matched me perfectly and even influenced me to buy the perfect shade of lip stick! She is a very sweet and attentive worker and strives to seek the best for customers. Celinda was charming to be helped by and definitely knows her stuff about make up and beauty.
