No wonder they have 2 stars. I called them twice and neither time was my call picked up. Who ever was working Wednesday, August 23rd needs to get it together because i know its not that busy in that store. Everythime I've gone in there the store is DEAD and the workers are just standing around so I don't understand why a phone call cannot be picked up.

I called this Sephora location to do a stock check on a high-end product. No one picked up my first call. I was on the line for 8 minutes. My call was re-directed to customer service. They forwarded my call to Sephora. I was, again, on the line for 7 minutes. No answer. I decided to hang up and call again. Same deal. 7 minutes into this call, I was, again, re-directed to customer service. This associate put me in touch with the manager. Again, this time, a 7-minute wait while the manager was looking into why no one was answering. I gave up. This Sephora location really needs serious help. Ridiculous lack of good customer service. I'll go to a free-standing Sephora. If I could give the Sephora at Kohl's North Riverside location no stars, I would.

1st trip came to this location to purchase rare beauty crème highlighter. Nothing in stock. Beauty advisor did not offer the website as an option . Ended up ordering online which was great. Free shipping a huge plus. I really wanted to keep the product however, I broke out. I come back to this location with the intention of returning product and making a new purchase. I was shot down immediately by cashier. I was redirected to a,” free standing Sephora location”. Come on now. Who wants to do all this running back and forth.

I went with my cousin to shop for foundation. The associate was clueless. She wanted to sell what she uses instead of asking the customers needs. That's not the end of this. After my cousin decided to pick her own foundation because she left forced. We were treated like if we were thrives trying to find a product that worked best for her needs. Wth. She said clearly she was looking for foundation for a wedding. You need to hire better people. We aren't definitely coming other back to this location again.

Celinda (I am sorry if i misspelled it) at Sephora is a doll.She color matched me perfectly and even influenced me to buy the perfect shade of lip stick! She is a very sweet and attentive worker and strives to seek the best for customers. Celinda was charming to be helped by and definitely knows her stuff about make up and beauty.

The store is ALWAYS dirty and unorganized. Poorly stocked every time I go to this store. I’d rather travel to Oak Park.

I had the best shopping experience with Kadala! I walked in and was immediately greeted, then she helped me find the best moisturizer. She asked me many questions to understand my challenges and went out of her way to understand what was going on. She also recommended a face mask and I am excited to try all of her suggestions. She was so friendly and kind. I appreciated all of your help, thank you Kadala!

Been here so many times and it’s so hard to get service. They have so many employees either on their phone or supposedly doing inventory but does it really take 3 people. They have a terrible attitude as well. It’s impossible to get help or get checked out. Stood in line for ten minutes while a girl was writing on her notebook and occasionally looked at me and smirked till she noticed the line get long.

Let me start this review by saying that I came in to get a foundation and concealer match. The employee that helped me out was very informative, helpful, and very understanding. She was able to give me the perfect foundation and concealer matches(although the concealer that matched was not in stock.) She suggested we try a different shade from the same brand and it worked out perfectly. Besides that this location had testers from almost every brand. There also happened to things ranging from gift sets, makeup, skincare, and perfume. The other workers were very nice and none of them were gossiping or on their phones. The overall very happy and satisfied customer ended up buying both the foundation and concealer along with a mini-setting powder(mind y'all I was in search of a foundation and concealer match for a while.)
