Picked up a pair of shoes wore them for an hour see they were too big try to exchange they said no they cannot do it what kind of store is this I spend all this money and they won't exchange ?

To me it's a good store I been here a few time customers service it's been exelente. I order some shoe's on line and came defective went to the store the lady with no problem exchange them for me . Big selection...
