The worst experience ever ! Never coming back here, a guy with glasses so unprofessional didn't offer me the watch with the iPhone 15 , I went to a different tmobile and they offered me lots of promotions. I dont recommend this Location at all.

Refused to accept a router-modem gateway that customer service had told me to return in-person to the store. This resulted in more time taken from my schedule to drop it off at a UPS store the next day. T-Mobile and its retail locations need to do a much better of job of providing its users with consistent and correct information.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Jorge. He was informative and answered all questions we had with great understanding. I went in to by a cs for my s23+ then I had and issued with my new phone that need to be restarted the guy who helped me did restarted the phone then after my phone turned off to restarted he said you are good to go then took me out the door .Very disappointed with the service I couldn't use my phone until I got home to conect to wifi and finish the set up.

Anthony was very helpful in assisting us through a complicated situation that arose from the result of a different rep from a separate store.His experience with the processes helped him align with us very quickly despite our own initial confusion at what transpired and he was able to determine, very quickly, a correct series of steps to take up in order to rectify the error.

Angie took care of me last Friday. I switched services as well as upgraded my phone and apple watch. We got along so well, I felt like we knew each other as friends! as well, she was very knowledgeable about the services and products, and really went all out for me, I even got my first responders discount as well, and that made me feel appreciated. She deserved a raise, like asap. I’ll be back to that location if i ever need anything ☺️

I get trying to milk a customer into buying more but if the store is busy, why are would a worker speed 10 to 15 mins talking about the game? ... the customer didn't even get a word out

If i could give negative 1 million stars i would in a heart beat. I had called 1 hr prior to arriving to ask if they have a certian phone i was looking for. I arrived after work, I rushed to get there and arrived at about 630, and I waited like 10 minutes or so. What I needed to do was get my dad a new phone since the one we just upgraded didn't want to charge among other problems and we only had it for 1.5 weeks. The guy immediately told me that they can't do data transfers due to it being so close to 8pm. I'm like umm there is still 1 hr and 20 minutes before u close. He said sorry we can't help you and we won't. I'm like I'm a customer and you are supposed to serve me up until u close. Please help me, I can't leave my elderly father home alone without a phone. He again said I will not nor can I help you, but u can come back tomorrow, I explained that I work all day tomorrow and cannot come in and need a phone now. He said there is nothing I can do. I told him no there is something u can do, it's called your job! I am never ever comming back here again and I am going to complain to tmobile about how unfairly I was treated. Been a customer for 10+ years and this is how I'm treated? No thank you!

Jermaine S is an expert on customer service at this store. He was very patient, and he answered all of my questions, I am a Spanish speaker and he took the time to speak clear, slow for me so I could understand everything that he was saying.
