Horrible customer service I came today, December 12, at 11:26 am to look for a Christmas sweater for my little boy, I liked one, I made a line where the others, the cashier in a derogatory and racist tone told me to move the other way alone She agreed to me, when it was my turn I told her to do me the favor of checking the price and she told me to go to the machine, as I was the Utica waiting customer. In the end, I checked it on my own and at the time I went to her again to buy the sweater, she is very rude in attitude, what a terrible experience, horrible...

Always grab a bigger size because after you wash it it's a wrap. Store very organized. Wasn't crowded either. And I'll take the tiny discount.

Five employees, one cashier and thirty-five people in line. Absolutely the worst I've mace ever. Expect to spend about 45 minutes in this store.... waiting in line of course.

I had placed my order online 7/25/19 for my childs uniforms. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up 8/7/19. Before I drove up to store at north riverside mall I called to make sure my order was complete. Due to me calling I had a previous bad experience as well at a different location. So of course I called before I headed up there. Employee Bianca stated that my order wasnt in yet. I stated that I received my email stating it was. I spoke to her about 5:47pm. After I hung up I noticed that there was another email was sent 8/11/19 at 12:39pm stating order was picked up same day. I never picked up anything. I called the next day and gave manager Lucy information about what happened and that I needed her assistance. She stated she would figure it out and replace my order again for me. After that I've been calling for her and speaking to different employees there and giving me the run around since then. It is already 8/22/19. Manager there never bothered to reach out to me and avoiding trying to speak to me. Very unprofessional and inconvenient!!! That had to be an inside job an employee taking/ giving my order away. I called customer service and no answered at all. I waited 50 minutes trying to reach someone and no one ever answered!!! Now I'm stuck without my childs uniforms and no one can give me an answer or assist me to get my items!!! I'm livid!!!

Very rude. Worst experince ever! Only came for a store pick up and the wait was ridiculous. One cashier and one person walking getting nothing done. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Omg I'm so mad at the system I pay my bill at the store cash and then I receive my next bill .they charge me late fees and they said I didn't pay nathing...I paid cash at the store I didn't have the receive no more so how I proved it that I paid ...they didn't do nothing so I close the account. This is bad sistema from 30 dollar that was left for my payment I end it paid 87 dollar for them mistake...this is stupid

this place is horrible! i went to go my daughter some shirts and there was a line and there were 4 people working along with the manager. there was only on girl on the register and the person i was with asked nicely if there was only one register working and the worker said its only her on the register and that was fine was not upset about it but there was the other working that was load with put hangers in the box and the person i was just saying to me that she never wants to hear hangers again. the manager processed to come over grab stuff where i was standing and whipping stuff into the box also the hangers, actually like a teenager. so i left because i was not going to let a manager treat me like that. she proceeds to laugh along with her coworkers and screams stuff at me! she is very unprofessional and i will never shop there again. i will be calling corporate to let them know what type of manager they have running their store!

If I could give it no stars I would. Came here to return school uniforms from an online purchase[of about $90], my daughter would no longer need them since her school changed to no uniforms. Bought another $80+ worth of clothing. Upon returning home [a 30+ min drive] I realized I was not refunded the right amount. Might not seem much but it is a $4.60+ difference. Emailed and called customer service to see how it could be resolved. I had to go back to the store. At the store, the manager couldn't understand the issue, even after me explaining over and over. She said she needed to review camera footage for some reason and that would get a call back. Never did. About 2 weeks later I called back, Reggie answered, I explained the issue which he was very understanding, said I would get a call back. Never did, that was about 2 weeks ago. Steer clear of this place, not only do they lack customer service but their store is not up to par of other Childrens Place. Very crowded messy, and over all ghetto. Horrible service worst employees, I went into this location today to buy an outfit for my daughter they had a sign that said 25% off the sweaters and in back of the sign for 25% off for the jeggings jeans so I guess promotion had ended but the sign was still up she's going to say well it's for the jeggings no because the sign is facing the sweaters and in the other side is facing the jeggings she would not honor the 25% percent for false advertisement. I ended up leaving and going to justice... I would never shop in this location again .

Been going to this location for about 3 yrs now, if not morw. The staff is always friendly, and they always have a great selection.
