It's a shame that not all the customer's ladies are so nice, the Blondie lady it's so nice and polite, the other old lady it seems like she is here cause she doesn't know other else to work in. I paid 6.50 extra due to the hunky ladie won't help, thanks to the other lady I could send my package.

Not sure what's going on with Notary services here, but I've never had a problem until today! I drove all the way here only to be told to come back tomorrow! I don't have that kind of time these days especially when the website doesn't give any specifics about times or days to get items notarized.

This UPS store is outstanding. Always pretty quick even with many people in line. They will package your box and have it ready And out the door. Is one of the comments mentioned the fact that the same service represent this have been there for years is a good sign that people like their job

If you are going to return a Amazon package make sure you printed your own label because they will charge you 3.99 to print out their own label.

Website shows that this location opens at 9am on Saturdays. Was there at 9:05 and still not open, when I called, a woman said, no it opens at 10am. I asked her if it would be helpful to the customers if the hours were posted on the door. Her response, I guess. It's a shame that some want a paycheck but don't want to work for it.

Don’t come to this location if you have a large item to return ! They never have “room” in the back ! This place is a joke and I will never be returning to this location ! I live 5 mins from this location but have to go somewhere 20 mins away because these lazy people don’t want to do their job ! Sitting in the parking lot writing this and I watch a lady come in w a similar size package and they take her with no problem !!! UPS SUCKS !

Unbelievable customer service! I went in with a pretty large package that was split into two parts. Unfortunately, the person said they could not package the two pieces together in other words tape them back together so that I could return this item. How is it possible that UPS store cannot tape two boxes together to return something instead I have to go home go pack it and tape it together before I can return this item. How silly is that? How silly is it that I cannot have a UPS person just take the box together how much is that cost the tape to box 2 boxes together $1.02 dollars how cheap is this UPS store? For everyone who’s reading this be sure you package your items apparently they do not tape packages together. How silly is that I would give the store -5 stars if I could have one star is being generous now I have to go back home to go get a tape to tape this item together and then drive back and spend my time to do what I just wanted to do which would drop it off. Poor, poor poor unbelievable don’t know what else to say. Be aware of these people they’re scammers.

This store is awesome! And you can tell because the same people have been there for quite a while. The manager is friendly to staff and customers.. The store on Lake street is closer but I will go to this one every time for ease of parking and friendly engagement with staff . Well done UPS store!!

These guys are absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way today, to take care of my shipping something across the country.
The woman I dealt with today was extremely kind and caring. She was amazing.

To return an Amazon package, it $ COST $ to make a UPS label. Amazon will lie to you saying it free. Shame on Amazon & UPS Store for not making their own label.
