this was the most horrific customer service i had ever experienced. the lady at the desk had zero interest in helping and had the worse attitude i have ever experienced. I took my money to the UPS store where the customer service was much better. There has to be some training given to the girl at the front end to make it more appropriate, seems like she doesnt like her job.

If I could I’ll give them 0 star
Unprofessional rude workers, specially the one that works with passport process. She don’t know how to talk to people she have attitude and her big face. Post office management have to do something about all this bad reviews they have about the same situation there. Passport issues.

I wish I could give Zero stars.
I was there this morning and I was the first one in line to fill up the name of where the package was going.
Talking about being prejudiced. The African Americans, and the Hispanics were served first, but because I was white I had to wait even so I was there first.
All I can say is, that it's so sad.
I guess the next time I need to go to the Post Office I should go to Oak Brook or someplace like that....where people are served by who's first.
And they call us prejudice.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Could hear employees cussing and chatting in the back but nobody was up front to help in the middle of the day. When I finally was helped I was treated rudely and like I was bothering the employee for even asking for her assistance.

Do not go here, especially for passports! The employees can't read forms and do not understand the requirements that are literally written on the forms. My husband tried to get passport and had to walk out because the employee was wrong and became argumentive and very rude.
I also had an appointment last week for passport and left after the line was so long and after 15-20 minutes didn't move. There's no separate passport window so have to wait behind lots of customers mailing packages and getting passports.
I will never step foot in that post office again. I recommend driving a short distance to Berwyn who's staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Maybe I should have read the other reviews before applying for a new passport at this location. Just like the others, my passport appointment was canceled without my notice due to an agent not being in the office. It was said they left me a message to inform me, but I never received one.

Employees behind the counter can be a little nicer. Maybe eye contact, smile, pretend you like your job.

Rude African American women clerk at the counter. Wasn’t helpful at all. She actually had an attitude when i walked up like i was going to give her a hard time. She had a smart demeanor as well. Would have liked someone to at least help me and guide me into the direction i need to receive my mail because i have already been waiting patiently.

made an appt to apply for a passport on monday, i got a phone call saying they won’t be able to take me bc there is no agent available, but that i can come in at any time up until 4pm as a walk in. so i went in on thursday morning at about 12:50pm. person behind the desk told me that she cant help me because she is about to take her hour and a half lunch and “if i would have come earlier” she would have helped me. i left and came back 10 minutes later because i was upset and wanted more clarification on why she somehow isn’t able to provide the service to a customer that is literally her job. (she still wasn’t on lunch when she had told me before that she was JUST about to leave for her lunch break). but she was still helping other customers in line.
she said the system will automatically shut her out at 3pm. keep in mind it is 1:00pm, two hours before the system will supposedly kick her out of being able to process passport applications. i asked her how long the process typically takes and she said about 15-20 minutes. makes no sense that she was giving me crazy attitude telling me “if i would have come earlier she would have helped me”. it was 12:50pm when i walked in and she repeatedly denied me a service that they’re supposed to provide. literally over two whole hours before the time frame closes. probably bc she is lazy and didn’t want to deal with a passport application lol. she told me to come on saturday but i guarantee if i come all the way back they’re going to have some other excuse bc this is now the second time they’ve denied me being able to apply for passport.

Even by USPD standards this location is bad. Won't print a label, like the automated machines will for you. They try to charge a dollar to sell a label. Can't wait until this location is replaced by an automated machine.

Manager Diana Hernandez is very unprofessional. Answers phone calls with attitude, does not thoroughly look into missing packages, provides no help for escalating matters. Don't bother contacting them, one phone call constitutes as "reaching out multiple times,' because they are lazy and unethical.

This place also sucks. I went through the whole process of mailing a package, the label printed but then got stuck to a page of stamps. The employee then spent some time trying to pull them apart, ruining the label and the stamps. I asked her to reprint t the label and she told em the printer was jammed and she was surprised it printed the first label. I was told I could wait 10-15 minutes or go somewhere else. Cool.

If you drop off packages that need to be scanned in, and the packages have a return address of another town, like Berwyn, they won't scan the packages in................is that how the mail works? I thought the mail was a US service? I run a mail order business and will not take anything to this post office. Since using this post office for only 3 shipping drop offs I have had to issue returns for close to every order I dropped off there. What's the point? Do they just make up their own rules?
