Had a nightmare dealing with a guy named Paul, no name tag states is supervisor name is Diane , came to drop off a package , needed some tape for the package, Paul told me I had to buy a tape , took lunch another lady finished my package mailing , wanted to buy a money order, she told me I have to use a debit card , I told her I have cash , she told me I should come back when Paul comes back from lunch , came back an hour later , Paul tells me , he ran out of money order, requested a supervisor, told me supervisor was at lunch at 2:35pm precise, terrible service , and the sad thing is this is how it is at all the post office, even though, they are not busy , they make coming to the post office experience very terrible, I wish the mayor or governor, someone can help customers like myself, you don’t get mail , there is nothing they can do about it

Service is horrible and systems are always screwed up. Either down or taking just certain types of payment. Always something going on.

Have not received mail in over 2 months and nothing is being returned to sender. I'm done taking it to the next level. Almost everyone here needs to be replaced.

The stars are for our local postal carrier, Mr. Thorn, he is awesome. He's been our mailman for 2 and a 1/2 years, and we absolutely love him. He is so kind and goes above and beyond. He interacts with our children and has built a friendship with our family and the families on our block. He not only looks out for our neighborhood and neighbors, which includes safety; example suspicious cars/activities/people who don't live there, but he interacts, makes conversation, takes the time to get to know the community. Recently, he found out about a recent diagnosis with one of our children. He bought and dropped off balloons for her. It put a smile on her face. She loves balloons and she likes smiley faces. One of the balloons was a smiley face. I know this may sound cheesy but he really is the Mr. Roger's of our neighborhood. There's no gift that would ever be a good enough thank you gift for his daily kindness. I hope that he would get a raise, bonus and whatever time off that he desires! Had a passport appointment scheduled for 9am. Called me at 8:10am to cancel me appointment bc they didn't have an agent. Don't offer the service or a scheduling option for the service if you're just going to cancel it when people NEED their passports.

Had a passport appointment and my day/work scheduled around it. They call me the day of saying they're cancelling it.Based on previous reviews, why even offer the service if you never have staff to process it???

I confirmed an appointment for my daughters passport, they called me the same day of the appointment, to tell me that they do not have a passport agent, I lost my day of work and was left without a passport

I stopped coming here for years. BUT April the associate, her customer service was beyond helpful! & I will be continuing to return to this location because of this. I’m so thankful! Thank you for your help April! :)

I’ve been cancelled on twice just trying to get a passport appointment. Very unprofessional and I even called off work twice to have have them cancel on me the day of! Apparently “on vacation” no one wants to work these days. please go elsewhere & I should’ve read the reviews before making the appointment

One of the worst experience ever.I had scheduled appointment and confirmed in email for new passport. When I arrived I was told that the passport agent called off and they have to cancel the appointment. When I was talking to the clerk in regards to possibly rescheduling the appointment, one of the customer started to calling me names, really bad names. The employees said nothing and actually assist the customer who was insulting me. The AfricanAmerican(black) female customer followed me outside threatening me to kill me with her weapon/gun which she showed me. I was never more scared for my life. I called police and filed the report. I’m glad I was recording the whole incident. It’s very sad that people are threatening others to kill them just because they are not patient. Do not go there.

Every time I go to this one the guy comes from the back to tell me that they are only accepting prepaid packages, no matter what time I come it’s always the same. Last time using this post office to mail off anything .

April was very helpful and friendly, I was told USPS is short staffed so the employees are probably overworked just keep that in mind.

Should have read the other reviews about getting a passport here, and chosen a different location.I showed up early to find they weren't even open yet. I was fine with waiting, except when they did open the woman at the counter was super rude about me not having my forms already filled out...which are provided on site, but we're in the part of the store that was still locked when I got there early. Since I didn't have them ready, it was entirely my fault I was unprepared, I should have planned better, and I'd have to come back. She was rude and condescending the whole time.I'm going to try the location my boyfriend went that up the road. They were apparently much more helpful.

Didn't like that when they are in lunch they only do drop offs. But everything else was great service.
