Horrible customer service I would not waste my time with this location!! They are just looking to upsell could care less for their patients. Find a better location around the area even americas best gives better service.

The staff here make your visit as pleasant and stress free as possible. I was originally scheduled for 2 days later but I took a chance and walked in to see if they could see me. They were very accommodating and rescheduled for the same day! I was able to come back an hour later.
Dr. Castro is very professional and gave me a lot of information regarding my eyes.
I highly recommend this place.

This 5 star is mostly for Angelica! :) Who was soooooo helpful! In comparison to a few other vision works I tried to simply order contacts from. But she was thorough and helpful and got me exactlyyyy what I needed. Plus the Dr on that day was also helpful, willing to give a trial pair of contacts that were similar to my usual ones which saveddddd me!

This morning my existing glasses frame broke, I am travelling and with no back up pair I needed help. I went into Visionworks and was greeted by a lovely young lady (I didnt get her name. 9:30 am 5/19/25) not only was she able to find a frame and fit my existing lenses to them. She also ensured I was happy with the style and received a very good price.
If the owner of the store reads this, you have a sensational employee there. She definitely made my day and trip better.

I decided to try this location out since it is closer to me than the one I normally go to. I get there, only to find out that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to me going over the 5 minute grace period. I’ve been going to Visionworks for years and was always told it's a 15 minute grace period,
not 5. I was 7 minutes late. To be honest that made me laugh. When I was asked if I would like to reschedule, I kindly said “no thank you” and walked out. A 5 minute grace period is ridiculous and just shows that your are in no interest in patients but more to quickly be done with day. I’ll take my business back to Pulaski.
