Amazing Service from the Store Manager!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to give a shoutout to the store manager, Marleny!
I came in looking for a dress to wear with cowgirl boots and had no idea where to go with it and from the moment I walked in, Marleny made me feel welcomed and taken care of she also went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed.You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare these days to find someone who’s genuinely helpful, professional, and kind! Because of her service, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family.

My first shopping experience here was pleasant overall. Nearing the end of my shopping trip is where it felt off. I asked an employee with long ombré hair…(Serenity according to the receipt) about a white purse on a mannequin and she gave me the most diabolical look. She was so beautiful, but her energy was not giving. How can such a beautiful lady give such a sour off putting vibe? Anyways, she seemed extremely disinterested in assisting with my question. Thankfully, my friend found the bag as she faintly rolled her eyes and dismissed me as a paying customer. She looked at me like I asked if she wanted to buy drugs or something 🤷🏽♀️ when I genuinely just needed assistance.
The other Windsor didn’t open until 4pm which is why I chose this store. I’ve worked in retail before and have never been nasty or turned my nose up at customers. I wouldn’t shop this location again due to the snobbish attitudes.

the girls there are so rude and look at you like you’re bothering them by being the store. The environment is off putting… If they don’t like their job tell them to get a new one

Went in with my 16 year old. Found cute clothes for her. Staff was friendly, one person was snobby at the register, but overall nice staff. The place was clean and organized.

I made a return of three items, the manager Madelyn reached out because the employee that helped out only returned 2/3 items.Great customer service and catch from the manager she reached out to me via email ! I love shopping here this just made my experience with Windsor even better thank you Madelyn for all your help and your honesty with your customers! ?

I had the worst experience in North Riverside ever. Today I came in to make a purchase and return an item. Once I tried on the item that I wanted I got in line there was tall medium build woman that was extremely rude. The the item that I was going to return she wouldn't take back because she said clearly I wore the item I would never do that I was embarrassed and ashamed and I will never go back the only reason why I gave this store a one in Reading is because of the other lady that was so kind. I purchased the item I wanted and respectfully walked out the door I will never come back and purchase anything from Windsor again.

Chewing gum and attitude as customers kept approaching to ask for help. The girl seemed very annoyed and very rude. As i kept looking for items she kept trying to make otherbfeels uncomfortable for moving clothes to look. speak to your employees about being rude i love winsdor but hire ppl who wanna be there

Very organized store, and helpful staff. I was there yesterday and one of the associates I believe she is a manager but she was very helpful, I think her name was Esmeralda, very kind and courteous, she help me find what I need it just perfect for my event

My daughter needed a Homecoming dress as the one we'd ordered online hadn't yet arrived. We walked in to this Windsor around Noon the day of Homecoming, and she found a bunch of dresses in sizes XS and S (at least 3 of which looked great). Meaning the store is well run with a lot of stock the same day of a number of local homecoming dances. Orderly as well. In about an hour she left with a dress she was very happy with. This store made shopping for the right dress easy.
