This is the worst company and scaming company I've seen. They try to make you stay with them so you don't go to another company. They want All your personal information they have several people calling you from different Countries and especially the Philippines. Why are you stealing Americans Information bc if you wasn't Why won't you stop, disconnect my Gov Assistant phone from Assurance Wireless I DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE I HAVE THAT RIGHT BUT ASSURANCE WIRELESS YOU GONNA MAKE ME STAY WITH YOUR COMPANY DON'T I CHOOSE THAT RIGHT. The BBB needs to look into this. ASSURANCE WIRELESS HAS THE WORST REVIEWS IN AMERICA 🇺🇸 HISTORY. MR. CEO SHAME ON YOU JUST SHAMEFUL. CEO REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIFE LINE SERVICES I DON'T WANT KNOW PART OF ASSURANCE WIRELESS. I DON'T WANT YOUR LIFE LINE GOVERNMENT SERVICES. I WILL SEND PRESIDENT TRUMP EMAILS AND A LETTER EVERYDAY. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR COMPANY SERVICES. I LIVE IN THE USA COUNTRY OF BRAVE. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND COMPANY PERIOD..😡😤

Worse customer service ever! My sister went there to get her iPhone screen fixed and when it was returned it worked only for 2 days. She had to come back to have it fixed and a few weeks later she attempted to get her iPhone back, the employee said that someone had picked up the phone already!! It was never picked up and the male employee continued to yell at my sister saying that he would never lie on his children’s life! He was extremely rude. We’ve never experienced such horrible customer service!
