When my husband and I arrived the young lady by the name of Esther didn’t great us at all. The fellow at the counter greeted us and handled the business with my husband. I asked her if she could help me take off my screw back diamond studs, she declined which it’s not an issue. The issue came when I was setting at the rings to look for about 30 minutes I never received any offer of help from her, she walked around doing stuff mindlessly. I received help from Ms. Sharon when she came in to work was greeted warmly and remembered from the last purchase she helped us with.
