  I had an unexpected breakdown right near this store—my power steering pump went out, and I barely made it into the parking lot. It was a hot day, and while I was outside trying to figure out what was wrong, one of the employees, Joshua, came out with an ice-cold bottle of water and told me not to worry, to take my time, and that I was welcome to stay as long as I needed.
  
  I explained the situation inside and let them know I'd have to leave my truck there overnight while I waited for the part. Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding, and they assured me it wasn’t a problem since I wasn’t blocking anything.
  
  A huge thank you to Joshua and the rest of the team for their kindness and hospitality. It turned a stressful situation into something a lot more manageable. I really appreciate it!

  Every time I go in this place there's four employees and only one register open and I wind up waiting in line for almost 10 minutes

  I had a nice experience here at the Casey’s North Utica on my way home on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The restrooms were clean, the staff was nice enough, and the refreshments were much welcomed after a weekend of camping. We filled up our tank here too and the price was decent. (Written 5-5-25)

  Definitely unsatisfied kitchen girls were laughing obnoxiously you could hear them all the way across the store and then you could also hear her saying that I can't get written up for laughing was doing highly on purpose to all the customers in the store that is highly ridiculous and maybe workers can work on being professional manger was on duty and nothing was said absolutely ridiculous

  Bathroom was disgusting

  Gas price was good. Bathrooms clean. I usually chose Casey's because they are predictable a good choice and I can fill my ice cup, too. Today, staff said sure fill the ice cup. The manager said .69¢. The staff was surprised. The manager said "we charge for everything." Sadly, my opinion of Casey's was negatively impacted. All for .69¢.

  very poor customer service. the cashier was very rude. didn’t even greet us when we said hi. No “please”, “thank you”, “you’re welcome”. didn’t even give us a bag had to ask for one, I don’t know if she thought i had to carry all my things in my hands or? I don’t know but never coming back.
