Caliber Collision turned an unpleasant situation into the smoothest process. I received calls from both Pattie in the front office and the estimator, Litwin guiding me through the process. The staff was friendly and super helpful, answering all questions and explaining everything thoroughly. The service was amazing and to top it off, I got my car back before the deadline and it was nice and clean!

My experience with Caliber Collision of Northbrook has been a nightmare. It is now going on 12 weeks that Caliber Collision has been in possession of my 2023 Audi Q8. The driver and passenger door needed replacing due to being side swiped on Lakeshore dr. The workmanship has been disappointing. It has been painted 5 times in an attempt to match the paint color. Through the process they have painted over a weather seal once, tore the replacement and now the passenger weather seal was stretched to where a new one is needed. In the 2nd attempt to deliver the vehicle to me the "S-line" emblem was crooked. It was so visible that I just don't understand how something like that isn't caught before they deliver the vehicle? There was also a scuff in the paint that needed to be fixed. The 3rd attempt was where they told me they once again needed to order a new weather seal. During this inspection of the car both the driver window and the passenger window were found to have deep scratches. They are in the process of ordering and replacing those. The car was also not detailed. When I opened the driver door there was white compound specks visible to the eye. The cars interior is all back so super noticeable. Sloppy work. I am in the 3rd rental since the accident happened on Nov 5th. Each time they have made an attempt to deliver the vehicle something else is wrong with it. Hopefully the fourth attempt at delivery will be the last. After the first 2 incidents Caliber issued me a refund for my $500 deductible. After the third they said sorry no further compensation is available. Save yourself a major headache and go somewhere else. Will update once I get my car back......Update: Finally got my car back on Feb 21st. Bodywork was completed. The automated window shade was not attached to the wire piece that actually brings the window shade up, the wire came up alone without the shade. I figured out how to connect it, I was not going to take my car back to Caliber for this. Aside from that there were paint drips on the driver seat, along the back passenger seat and paint specks along the roof lining. I was able to clean it and got the car fully detailed.Lastly, Caliber responded to my original review requesting I email them. To which I did and never heard back. Don't be fooled, they respond to negative reviews but provide no kind of resolution. Again, save yourself numerous headaches and go elsewhere.

I Was looking for a quote on some body work and was working with Nick he was very helpful. he made the process quick and simple still debating whether I’m gonna get the work done but this will definitely be the place I take it if I do.

My experience with caliber collision, and Northbrook has been exceptional! The customer service has been impeccable, shout out to Patty for her phenomenal etiquette! They were super helpful and all the transition from quoting the repair of the car to dealing with Allstate and beyond. They even put my old license plates on my new car! All in all, this was a smooth, positive and easy transaction! Highly recommend caliber collision, and their expertise. Also, they have free coffee in the lobby!

Interesting experience. Was directed here by my insurance company to have a cracked windshield replaced. The people at Caliber were friendly, efficient and the glass replacement went well and appears to have been done up to industry standards. Why only 3 stars?I washed my car inside and out prior to drop off and upon pick up both the floorboards and their sides where you step into the car were covered with dried mud.Sloppy for sure.In my opinion, this should have been cleaned up by the guys who replaced the glass. In addition the Caliber web site clearly states that they offer a complimentary shuttle service. This is misleading. They did give me a ride home in the morning, which was very nice and appreciated, but when it was time to pick up the car in the afternoon, no ride back was offered because they said they contract out the glass replacement and thus no complimentary shuttle for those customers. No big deal for me as I ubered back to the shop. However, they should clarify this for their customers so people can plan ahead and aren't misled into thinking there's a "complimentary shuttle service" when there really is a two tiered system.

Mixed Experience at Caliber Collision NorthbrookRating: ⭐⭐⭐My recent visit to Caliber Collision Northbrook was a mixed bag of experiences, warranting a three-star rating. On a positive note, the end result was satisfactory. My car repairs were executed well and the vehicle now looks great. The quality of their workmanship is commendable, and the team seemed to assemble the car quickly and with care once all the necessary parts were available.Equally noteworthy was the customer service offered by Pattie, Litwin, and Maritza. They were as friendly as could be, always answering calls with a cheerful attitude. They seemed genuinely eager to help, which added a personal touch to the experience.However, the overall experience was tainted by a series of organizational issues. Firstly, a crucial step was missed when they forgot to provide the credit card number to the dealership for the parts order. This occurred before Thanksgiving and, unfortunately, caused a delay in the shipment of the parts.Once the parts finally arrived, it was revealed that there were additional parts needed. The blame game then ensued between Caliber and the dealership, with each party pointing fingers at the other. As a customer, I was left in the middle of this convoluted narrative, unsure about who was at fault. This was a frustrating and confusing experience.In conclusion, while the quality of repairs and the friendly staff are definitely strong points for Caliber Collision Northbrook, their lack of organization leaves something to be desired. Delays and miscommunications put a damper on the experience. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving their operational procedures for a smoother customer journey in the future.

Mrs. Pattie should run for the most beautiful soul in Chicagoland. From first phone call to picking up my vehicle. The professionalism and customer service was impeccable. Litwin was on time, always returned my calls and kept me involved the entire time. Thank you for everything.

Did good work on my car! Received my car back detailed and perfect. However communication is Nonexistent. The only communication I received was when I called and spoke to somebody not once did anybody call me from there.

Poorly run business. My experience with this business has been atrocious and it was not even first hand. My wife went to this shop for a simple repair and was treated so poorly by the Senior Advisor of all people, Maritza F! She was condescending, told my wife she was a liar, accused her of lying about the damage that was caused by the repair shop while doing a simple fix for her truck. Maritza’s boss, Victor (The General Manager of this location in Northbrook, IL) had to take over and finish the process and also apologize for her lack of professionalism and could not explain how/why she would treat a client this poorly. Do not come here. They damaged the truck more in the process of fixing it. Now I am taking it another repair shop to fix the damage that the he caused.Services: Painting
