When I came into the Apple Store yesterday with my iPad and iPhone, I showed Fausto how my iPad had all of my previous events dating back to 2012 (I had NOT yet upgraded to the latest operating system on my iPad) and my phone (which I had upgraded to the new system) and it had NO previous calendar events. Needless to say, I was terrified that I might lose all or some of my information in the process of solving the problem. I think many people who essentially have EVERYTHING on their phone and other devices are fearful of losing their information, especially when someone else is making ajustments to their devices.Fausto was BEYOND amazing in his thorough and precise method of figuring it all out and making certain nothing was lost in the process. He was extremely kind and patient while helping me and explained each step in terms that I could understand. His method was like that of a surgeon's... exact and precise. It's clearly apparent that he has a vast knowledge base of both iPads and iPhones and I can only assume he does for all of your other products. He was/is such a wonderful person to work with and put me at ease so I totally trusted everything he did and the suggestions he made. Along with all of that, it's easy to see what a fine individual he is because he immediately creates a rapport of trust with his customers. I can recommend him to everyone without hesitation! Apple is EXTREMELY lucky to have Fausto on their team and I was lucky to have him be my guide through this issue and completely solve my problem. Kudos to Fausto!!!!

Don't try coming here to get help replacing an iphone on att plan. They can't help. Were trying to force my child to set up a new cell phone contract when all she needed was a new phone. Very frustrating

Came in to get my macbook pro checked out and Maryanne was beyond helpful. She gave me advice on how to care for my laptop and information on trade ins and helped me resolve my current problem. She was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very very pleased with my visit and service with her.

I ordered for pickup at the Apple Store in Northbrook and it was incredible! It took less than 5 minutes to get my order, and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend going to this store to pick up an order or to buy directly from the store.

It takes half an hour minimum for anyone to acknowledge you. Apple itself is not the best company, considering all of the human right abuses workers go through to build these devices, but the store really drives the point home on how little does apple care about its customers.Can you imagine going to a grocery store and waiting to buy potatoes? Yeah, it's pretty wild

My husband and I had a demo of Apple Vision Pro and were awestruck by the whole experience! We got in quickly, and the person who guided me, Rachel, made the demo fun and easy to follow. We will probably be back for the iPhone 15 Pro which can shoot video that will have that immersive look. It's been awhile since I've been so excited about new Apple products. Thanks to everyone in Northbrook who helped us ?

During update 18 month old ipad went into infinite reboot. They have no solution and offering me to buy a new device. Their new iPhone is heating up like crazy too, luckily I can still return it. I guess it’s time to go back to Samsung

I had the best customer service experience ever at this store today. A few people helped to calm me down when I forgot my iPhone passcode, and didn’t remember my iCloud password. But Tom was amazing at figuring out what steps I needed to take to get back into my phone. We thought best case scenario I would be able to get back in in a few days, but I was able to get back in the same day. Cannot recommend this store, Tom and others that I met with enough. Tom saved my day!!!

The customer service agent online said my airpods were eligible for a free replacement. So I made a trip all the way here after driving for half an hour only to be asked to wait another half hour after which they decide to let me know mine aren’t eligible. Why didn’t the customer service know about this, I could have saved a whole lot of time that was wasted going here.
