Went to Arhaus in Northbrook with the intention of purchasing dining chairs. Took the chair home with fabric samples. Did this twice. My credit card was charged to take items home, almost $2000.00. Brought all items back to store. Unfortunately the chairs did not work out. The charges were processed and now I can't get them removed. Left message for Alberto, the manger with no response. This is poor business. Just want my money back.

Visited the Northbrook, IL store today. Whereas they had great items, there was an old Caucasian lady with really bad attitude. She was rude and had a condescending tone. In addition, when she heard my accent she offered "slowing-down" for me to understand.... Totally disrespectful.. I'm hoping they remove this xenophobic specimen out of this store...

Absolutely FABULOUS from start to finish. Karen was absolutely so helpful with design ideas since our bedroom is not huge, and was not at all pushy. She was so kind and patient. We recently got our furniture delivered (and only a month or 6 weeks from the purchase!!)- and it’s even better in the bedroom than the showroom. We are so happy with everything from the service to the quality. Absolutely recommend!

Karen helped us order a mirror. She messaged me a few times a day to follow up on my order, unfortunately, I was on vacation so I didn’t reply until later. But once I paid the full price, she was nowhere to be found, which made me feel like my money was the only thing she was interested in.When we were ready to schedule delivery I learned the fee for delivery was $250 which is a quarter of the price of the mirror! Karen was not returning messages so I called the store to ship it to their showroom so I can pick it up and save $250. That turns out to be impossible so I needed to cancel that order.Forcing customers to pay such exorbitant delivery prices is just bad business. Helping the customer only up until the customer pays for the merchandise and not afterwards is also a bad customer service. Karen should’ve informed me about the delivery charges before I spent all the money and have gone through all this hassle.

The service was great when I was a potential sale. They let me take home a floor model to view in my home. However, as soon as I started the return for the dining chair (poor quality for high price), the service has been terrible.I was charged a restocking fee that should have been waived, and it has now been over a month of trying to chase down customer service to get my money back. This was my first and last time shopping at Arhaus, at least in this location. Extremely disappointing service especially at this price point.

First off, this store is HUGE, it even has a entrance outside. The furniture here? Is amazing, they have everything. The quality, looks, feel is amazing. It's in a perfect mall. Employees are good.

Nice furniture but staff are very insensitive and inefficient. Service below zero. They don't deliver on their promises. And worse, they don't tell you unless you ask for updates. Horrible store. They might as well close. #arhaus

Nell and Sam designed my entire house and I could not be happier. Nell responds to all of my texts/calls at all times and has been top of the line service from beginning to end. These ladies are just wonderful. If you need help designing your home I highly recommend Nell and Sam!

Poor customer service. Received damaged furniture and no one knows when they will dlliverer now. Called them and left voicemails as well. Someone finally answered but again im getting diffrent answers on different days.
