I must have gotten the same rude receptionist today as well. She called me for pricing and availability on keys and hung up on me while I was explaining the procedure to her!! Very, very rude!!

Receptionist working on 3/14/16 @ 4:15 was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude. She shouldn't be working receptionist if she couldn't handle customers and her job. I'm calling from a dealership for a recall on an Altima and she was no help at all.
