“The repairs undetectable, and the car looked like new. They also thoroughly cleaned my vehicle inside and out. Everyone I worked with was very friendly. I got stuck in traffic on my way to pick up my vehicle, and the staff waited for me until 10 minutes after closing on a Friday.”

“I have been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I feel this place is a little known suburbs secret. This is exactly the type of small business we are lucky to have locally. I probably should take better care of my car but I park outside and have two messy kids in and out of it. Despite this, whenever I reach my limit and can’t stand the sight (and smell) of my car I take it here to be hand washed in and out and it comes out looking like new. I’m not exaggerating- my husband is always shocked how great it looks after. It’s just a bonus the staff are so friendly, that you can make appointments online, and that it’s in an area that’s great to walk around in while you wait.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“Tino always comes through! Heat in car not working. He diagnosed, ordered the parts snd fixed in on a Sunday morning. All at a reasonable cost. A couple months ago my car was sideswiped. Body shops gave me estimates of 1400 and 800. Tino knew there was no major damage or repair, cleaned the scuff marks and it was looking new. We love Main & Crawford in Evanston. Convenient, reasonable and HONEST.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. Being a commissioner in Wheeling and love supporting local Wheeling Businesses I truly recommend Fantasy Car Wash Detail Inc. Big thanks to Hugo and his team, looking forward to my next visit.”

They did a real good job as always, Charlie was the main guy i dealt with and he has been wonderful to deal with.”

“Ron is an absolute professional as well as all his staff. I’ve been here multiple times and have had nothing but positive experiences. Not only is he great with regular repairs, but he is also a master with custom work that most other body shops would never touch. If you are looking for a quality body shop, you will definitely be happy with the work done here. 5/5 stars - I would rate higher if I could!”

“First timer, had to get the back bumper of my car repaired. Years of sun damage and discoloration. The front bumper had cracks and scratches from a road gator incident. Went in for an estimate. Spoke with Kevin. Estimated around $1000 which is not bad. Took the car in for service. It took about four days. Car looked great! Took it home and noticed a dented scratch on the front bumper. Spoke to Kevin, asked to bring it back in. I did. A few hours and it was all taken care of. Yasmine at the front desk very personable and friendly. Kevin and crew did a fantastic job getting it done. Thanks guys. I would absolutely recommended this place for good work, fast service and reasonable pricing.”

“90% of the mechanics I've been to either take to long or charge too much. I brought my first classic car to him and he got back to me the day after and updated me. After the inspection he found a major root of the problem and fixed it as soon as the part got there. If you're looking for an honest, friendly, and timely mechanic then niko is your guy.”
