I just had an incredible facial with Alena. Her depth of knowledge is amazing, and she genuinely focuses on treating your skin in a holistic and comprehensive way. She uses a variety of tools and techniques I’ve never experienced with any other esthetician, and I work in the aesthetics industry, so I’ve encountered many. Alena goes beyond the standard appointment, making sure you leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and glowing like never before. 10/10 recommend

For the past 4 years Alena is my go to person for my facials.
She is always on time, gives you more than you paid for, and she never stops learning.
I especially value the fact that she never uses harsh chemicals on my sensitive skin.
I look amazing after a visit in her beautiful, clean and peaceful place.

I’m very glad I tried this after taking some time to think about it, the approach and the theoral explanation from Alena on how everything is connected through my muscles and how this can affect the muscles on my face makes so much sense, I'm 47 years old and tired of looking at myself with a very tiring look, not attractive at all didn't matter the eye cream or all of the facials I could have, after Alena I felt refreshed and with hope, I can't wait to continuing seen progress, I highly recommend a facial massage to discover what your body needs and how you can still feel great at 47.

I had the most incredible facial from Alena. It truly was 90 minutes of pure relaxation and I saw results immediately after. Alena gave me her sculptural facelift which seemed to improve the tone and overall appearance of my face. We took before and after photos and right away the 11's on my forehead seemed more relaxed as well as my smile lines around my mouth. My cheeks also seemed fuller and overall more rejuvenated. I cannot wait to come back next moth. Highly recommend Alena and her beautiful space in Northbrook.

I feel so lucky that I have met Alena and AV Esthetique!!! I have been using Alena's services for over a year. My skin had big acne, dry spots, and other problems. She was able to treat it with right skin care and highly professional techniques and facials. Now my clear skin is boosting my confidence, self-esteem. I feel beautiful, healthy and wealthy too.

Highly recommend Alena and her beautiful spa. Alena is top notch! Such a friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable esthetician. Truly a one of a kind in her field. She takes her time to assess your skin and concerns, while affording you a suggested treatment plan and product regimen. I purchased my first time ever 60 minute facial and she definitely took her time, going over my allotted time to ensure my skin and it’s needs were met.
