I only write a review when my expectations are greatly exceeded. The team at Heart Certified Auto Care in Northbrook have done just that, GREATLY EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. I’ve been a customer for years and each visit/experience has been pleasant but more importantly, I trust them.
Thank you Heart Auto in Northbrook for years of impeccable service that gets better with each returning visit!

These guys are the future of car care. Communication is easy/convenient and PERSONAL. No strangers calling/leaving stale voicemails and emails. They KNOW YOU AND THEY KNOW YOUR CAR. My Lexus dealer will NEVER see me again. I’m saving money, getting better service and respect! At Lexus, they treat you like they’re doing you a favor.
Armando and his crew are TOP NOTCH!!

Please listen to all these one star reviews! These guys are hardcore scammers and have no idea what they're doing to cars.
I was a repeat customer until the other day.
I went in for a simple $65 oil change and they tried to hustle me with a $2,249 repair quote!
They tried to tell me I needed a front strut replacement, leaking oil from a gasket leak, an alignment and wanted to clean my car battery. (see photo)
Armondo, the manager, had my car fax report up on the screen and argued with me when I said I just had an alignment (it was done in May, see photo) and none of this sounded legit.
He said, "Well I don't see it on your Carfax." It was if he was picking his scam if he didn't see the work I've had done.
I took my car for two other opinions and they told me these findings were bunk. (See photo of inspection). Please do not fall for their scam and go someplace else!
In response to the owner - there was absolutely no leaking oil that could be seen from the gasket or front strut from your photo/videos only fraudulent claims. SHAME ON YOU!

I decided to switch from my Lexus dealer to Heart for this reason: The RX350 has over 126,000 miles on it, and dealers only replace parts with Lexus brand parts, which can cost many times what high quality comparable parts cost elsewhere. I was impressed with the complete evaluation Heart provided on the overall condition of the RX, and I will return for service in the future.

I finally took my 2015 Camry in for a complete tune-up. I had neglected to do so for a couple of years because of personal circumstances. It was my first--and most certainly not my last-visit to HEART Certified Auto Care. In two short hours, I now am driving a car that purrs like a kitten! It drives like a new car! I'm sure that I also saved a lot of money by coming to HEART, instead of taking the car to the dealership. "You gotta' have HEART, all you really need is HEART!"

My godfather is a mechanic; luckily, I’ve had him do much of my car stuff throughout my life. Also, my dad and uncles are all knowledgeable in cars and car repair. So when I need to get something done on my car and they can’t get to it I have to trust where I’m going. I have had some misses over the years. But Heart is a hit. It’s the only place I take my car now. They are not only knowledgeable, but pricing is fair and they are honest. They will tell you what you should have done soon and what can wait. They have never steered me wrong (Hahaha..pun intended). Everything that I’ve had done here, from oil changes to more large-scale repairs has been done very well and I have not had any issues since. And Armando is the man! He is so nice and knowledgeable, and he explains things to you without making you feel stupid. Everyone here has been kind. Great quality work at decent pricing. I highly recommend Heart for servicing your beloved ride.
